Abstract: A display (10) is provided for displaying an object such as a rifle (12). The object is not only displayed in an attractive manner, but can be secured to the display (10) to prevent casual removal of the object. Supports (38, 42) support the object while securing arms (72, 76) can be moved over the object to prevent casual removal of the object. The securing arms (72, 76) can be actuated by the actuating arm (80) positioned within a box (22) which can be locked to prevent access to the actuation arm (80). A safety block (40) can prevent the rifle safety from moving to the active position.
