Abstract: A self-propelled boat dock system is provided. In combination with a boat dock and walkway, a system of one or more rollable shore traction elements, winches, and cables is configured to allow a single operator to manipulate the position of the boat dock system from a central controller, the controller being configured to selectively operate the rollable shore traction elements and winches.

Abstract: The roof light system is composed by a roof unit (10), a light conduit (70) and a diffuser unit (80). A ventilation device has a ventilation tube (60) is separate and detached from the light conduit (70). The first end (60a) of the ventilation tube is connected with the roof unit (10) and the second end (60b) is positioned at a distance from the diffuser unit (80). The ventilation device may additionally have a branch tube (160).

Abstract: Provided herein is a curb-mounted skylight having a rigid plastic curb frame, a mechanism for firmly securing the curb frame to an opening in a building, a transparent or translucent covering element, and a mechanism for retaining the covering element on the frame. The curb frame includes a fixed base frame (having an interior frame and a counter-flashing element) and a moveable sash frame (having an accessory shelf and a sash). The base frame and the sash frame may be connected to one another by a first hinge member integral with the counter-flashing element and a cooperative and complementary-shaped second hinge member attached to the sash. The hinge members form a watertight seal and may be disengaged to permit the sash to be removed from the skylight assembly during installation, if so desired. Because the frame and hinge components are made of plastic, the skylight assembly is relatively lightweight.

Abstract: An adjustable cable tray joint is provided. The joint has first and second tray receptacles, each having a web and opposing walls. The first tray receptacle may further include joint flanges extending from its walls. The first and second tray receptacles are attached together by pivotal connection, the receptacles defining a rotation relative to each other about the pivotal connection. The joint flanges of the first tray receptacle are disposed proximate to the corresponding walls of the second tray receptacle. The joint includes a locking member extending through a wall of the first tray receptacle and the corresponding wall of the second tray receptacle, the locking member configured to selectively fix and release the rotation between the two tray receptacles.

Abstract: A customizable decorative fencing system. A plurality of stakes, configured to be driven into the ground at selected positions, have projecting portions projecting above the ground. Posts have cavities in lower distal ends thereof. Any stake projecting portion is configured to slide into any post cavity, and be frictionally, removably, interchangeably retained therein. Fence components, including base units, gate units, and end units, include post collars, and hinge collars, respectively, through which any post can slide. Removability and interchangeability of posts with respect to fence components, and removability and interchangeability of posts with respect to stakes, provides for an infinite number of possible fence configurations.

Abstract: A robotic arm compensator includes a housing, a lock mandrel, a first lock slide, a second lock slide and an instrument attached to the lock mandrel. A method of using the robotic arm compensator includes moving the first and second lock slides in a direction toward each other to engage the lock mandrel in a first state and moving the lock slides apart from each other to disengage the lock mandrel in a second state for providing exceptional radial movement, large lateral travel relative to overall size, zero force to utilize the compensation travel and no axial compressibility.

Abstract: A fitness machine is provided, which includes a base frame having a pair of vertical side members; a track assembly rotatably mounted to the base frame between the vertical side members; a drive assembly for rotating the track assembly relative to the base frame; a bench rest assembly slidably mounted to the track assembly for supporting a user in a supine position; a handle assembly and a footrest assembly fixedly attached to the track assembly; and a control system for directing the drive assembly to alter the angular orientation of the bench rest assembly to vary the resistance experienced by a user during an exercise routine. The operation may be manual, programmable, or adaptive to the user's performance, based on repetition time and/or heart rate.

Abstract: Provided herein is a unitary U-shaped cladding component that surrounds three sides of a deck-mounted skylight frame. In one embodiment, the frame includes a pair of longitudinal members, each of which has a locking mechanism (such as a bendable tab or rotatable latch) on its exterior side near one end. The locking mechanism engages a corresponding lock-receiving slot of the side panels of the cladding component. In another embodiment, the cladding component includes a locking mechanism (such as a bendable tab) on the exterior surface of each end. The locking mechanisms engage corresponding apertures in a head flashing member. Skylight including these cladding components are also provided, as are methods of installing such cladding components.
