    Abstract: A process produces a glass sheet. The process also includes removing an internal strain in the glass ribbon in an annealing furnace, cooling the glass ribbon to around room temperature in a cooling chamber, and cutting the glass ribbon into a given size, in which the cooling chamber is provided with a gas exhausting passage, thereby exhausting air in the cooling chamber to an outside.
