The medial member may have a grip portion. The collar may extend outwardly from the top of the outer peripheral sidewall.

Abstract: A medical professional monitoring system includes a user interface in communication with a global communications network for use by a medical professional. The system may also include a patient information database, a diagnosis database, a medical treatment database, and a server, each of which are in communication with a global communications network and are accessible by the medical professional. The patient information database includes patient information for a plurality of registered patients. The diagnosis database includes diagnosis information, and the medical treatment database includes medical treatment information. The server may include a recording system to record medical treatments selected by the medical professional, and to track the selected medical treatments for compliance with predetermined standards.

Abstract: A leveling device for a lifting apparatus having a load-carrying member includes a level arm-carrying member and a pair of leveling arms having a first end pivotally connected thereto that are independently moveable between extended and retracted positions. The leveling device also includes a level sensor carried by the load-carrying member, and a controller in communication with the level sensor. The controller moves the leveling arms between the extended and retracted positions responsive to the level sensor sensing the load-carrying member being out of level.

Abstract: A display system may include a frame, column connection members connected to the frame, and column members rotatably connected to the column connection members. The display system may also include a magnetic drive assembly carried by the frame that engages the column connection members to selectively rotate the column members. The magnetic drive assembly may include a power source, energizing members connected to the power source, and column movement members connected to the column connection members. The energizing members may include an electromagnet, and the column movement members may be positioned spaced-apart from and overlying the energizing members. The electromagnet of the energizing members may be selectively energized to form a magnetic field between the energizing members and the column movement members to selectively cause rotation of the column members.

Abstract: A walking assist device includes an elongate shaft having an adjustable length, a handle detachably connected to a proximal end of the elongate shaft, and a curved elongate base that matingly engages a distal end of the elongate shaft. The curved elongate base may have a curved top, a front wall, a rear wall, a pair of opposing sidewalls, and a curved bottom. The curved elongate base may also include a plurality of spaced apart ribs connected to and extending outwardly from the curved bottom, and a connection member connected to and extending outwardly from the curved top to matingly engage the distal end of the elongate shaft.

Abstract: A skin care composition comprising about 20% to about 85% by weight water, about 2% to about 40% by weight stearic acid and about 2% to about 40% by weight glycerin, diglycerin, grapeseed oil or a combination thereof is described. The composition is particularly useful as a shaving cream.
