Patent number: 10781779Abstract: An improved fuel injection device for internal combustion engines comprising a slidable (pilot) valve instead of a needle valve principle. The valve does not comprise a seat, so, even in the case of a spring-loaded embodiment of the valve there is no risk of hammering of the valve on a seat with the pertaining generation of noise. The improved fuel injector allows a larger nozzle diameter and, therefore, a larger number of nozzle holes, if required or deemed useful. For rotating embodiments of the fuel injector, the valve or at least its spring, in the case of a spring-loaded embodiment of the valve, can be located in the static section of the rotating fuel injector, thus eliminating the balancing problem of prior art rotating fuel injectors which comprise a spring in the rotating section.Type: GrantFiled: March 17, 2017Date of Patent: September 22, 2020Assignee: T.D.C. Publication number: 20170184360Abstract: Magazine floor plates have a tubular body defining an elongated passage and having a lower end and an upper end, a floor plate element connected to the lower end, a follower movable within the elongated passage, a spring within the passage having a first end contacting the floor plate element, and having an opposed second end contacting and biasing the follower toward the upper end of the body. Downward force exerted by the spring on the floor plate element retains the floor plate element in an installed position relative to the lower end of the body. The floor plate element may have a width narrower than the elongated passage. The floor plate element may be connected to the lower end of the body by rails on the lower end of the body. The floor plate element may have an upward protrusion.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 1, 2016Publication date: June 29, 2017Applicant: C Products Defense, Inc.Inventor: Bernie Shreve

Patent number: 7818868Abstract: A method for producing an iron-based alloy clip-on wheel balance weight composed of an iron-based alloy weight body and a clip having one end caulking embedded to the weight body. The method includes the following steps: (1) prefabricating the iron-based alloy weight body and the clip, and (2) fixing the clip to the iron-based alloy weight body by caulking the clip to embed in the weight body to form an iron-based alloy clip-on wheel balance weight. The second step is performed in three axes to control positioning of the clip on the weight body.Type: GrantFiled: May 19, 2006Date of Patent: October 26, 2010Assignee: P.C. Patent number: 7337683Abstract: A sampling system for separating gaseous samples from a gas stream containing particulate matter and transporting the gaseous samples to a location outside of the flowing gas stream comprises an inertial filter mounted on the end of a hollow probe, the inertial filter positioned within the flowing gaseous stream. The inertial filter comprises a filter media mounted within a tube such that a portion of the particulate-containing gaseous steam flows through an annular space between the filter media and the tube wall, the gas to be sampled passes through the filter media into an inner space and the filtered gas is then delivered through the hollow probe to analytical devices external to the space containing the flowing gas stream, such as a flue stack.Type: GrantFiled: April 27, 2005Date of Patent: March 4, 2008Assignee: M & C Products Analysis Technology, Inc.Inventors: Herbert H.
