  • Patent number: 11096506
Abstract: An anti-theft assembly for deterring theft of a ring is provided. The anti-theft assembly includes a base that can be used to support an electronic article surveillance marker; a product engagement member including a support member that supports the ring during use and a locking member that secures the support member to the base; and an attachment member for securing the ring to the support member. In one embodiment, the support member and the locking member are a single, unitary member. In another embodiment, the support member and the locking member are separate members. Once assembled, upon applying a twisting force to the ring the engagement member rotates within the opening so that the attachment member is not broken.

  • Patent number: 4387641
Abstract: An apparatus for thermographically printing a succession of labels or the like is disclosed. A continuous strip of labels is stepwisely fed by a label feed assembly to a printing pad at a printing station, while a conventional thermographic strip is simultaneously stepwisely fed thereto so that the strip overlies a label at the station. A heated print head having various type elements engages the thermographic strip for urging it against the label at the station to effect printing. The print head is part of a printing assembly and is operated through parallel linkage arms which maintain it substantially parallel to the pad and thereby provide even pressure over the printing surface during the printing apparatus. The printing assembly, the label feed assembly and the thermographic strip feed assembly are all mechanically driven through a drive assembly to provide positive coordination in their operation.

  • Patent number: 4332320
Abstract: A jewelry display card is disclosed that includes a cellulosic card having means formed thereon for suspending said card from a support. A flexible synthetic foam sheet is fixed to said card with at least a portion of its perimeter bonded to said card to form an enclosure suitable for supporting an article of jewelry. The enclosure may be located on the forward side of the card for displaying the article of jewelry thereon, or may be located on the rear side of the card for containing a portion of a jewelry article therein such as a chain which is interconnected to an article of jewelry that is displayed on the front side of the card.

  • Patent number: 4322007
Abstract: A display stand of the type having vertically spaced bars adapted to releasably receive display cards in suspended relation thereon. The display stand comprises vertically extending corner stanchions comprising wall portions extending in the plane of adjacent sides of the display stand, the inner surfaces of said wall portions removably receiving an elongated strip which extends for substantially the extent of said stanchion and which extends across each corner stanchions to define a generally triangular configuration in cross-section, said strips being provided with vertically spaced support means for receiving and supporting the ends of horizontal bars on which the display cards are mounted.

  • Patent number: 4281469
Abstract: A device such as an earring card having a main panel adapted to display jewelry articles while oriented in a generally vertical position by suspension from a rod or the like. Preferably, the upper portion of the main panel adjacent to a centrally disposed display area includes a pair of vertically spaced, parallel, outwardly extending flanges, which in combination with that portion of the main panel disposed therebetween form a slot or groove adapted to receive a secondary panel on which advertising or other identifying material may be placed. Accordingly, the secondary panel is removable such that the indicia may be changed without modifying the package. Means for preventing the lateral movement of the second panel with respect to the first is provided either in the form of an upwardly extending tab adapted for receipt in an opening in one of the flanges or by means of a plurality of serrations provided on opposite edges of the second panel for frictional engagement with the flanges.
