The computer network system includes a first computer for data input at the livestock processing station and a second computer coupled to the first computer via a computer network, the second computer for storing and analyzing individual livestock data and assigning livestock to pens. The trolley system is controlled by the computer network system for transporting livestock from the livestock processing station to the assigned livestock pen. Such system includes a plurality of trolley cars for containing livestock and a conveyor system coupled to the plurality of trolley cars for transporting livestock to the assign livestock pen.
