Abstract: A clamp jaw for restricted spaces is comprised of a base plate with a clamp engaging plate projecting from a side of the base plate at a right angle, and a gripping plate projecting from an opposite side of the base plate at a right angle. A though hole is positioned in the clamp engaging plate for receiving a shaft of a clamp. The gripping plate is arranged for gripping an article to be clamped, such as a deck board. The gripping plate has a thickness which is no greater than the desired gap between adjacent articles to be clamped, such as the gap between adjacent boards.

Abstract: A wall-mounted pipe clamp installation and a mounting kit therefor. The kit comprises an elongated wall bracket having its upper and bottom edges in the form of downwardly and upwardly facing and opposing channels respectively and a pair of pipe end receiving sockets slidably mountable in the bracket. Each socket has a base with exposed upper and lower edges spaced to fit in bracket supported relationship in the channels and a projecting socket formation for receiving a pipe end therein. Each socket formation is preferably provided with a set screw to secure therein the free pipe end of each pipe clamp of a pipe clamp installation.

Abstract: A bar clamp having one of its jaws mounted on a jaw carrier which is slidable on the bar and which may be manually shifted thereon in one direction by releasing a brake key or keys and manually shifted in the opposite direction by manipulating a jaw carrier drive mechanism, the brake key or keys and the drive mechanism being alternately operable by holding the clamp in one hand. In its preferred form, the one-hand manipulatable drive mechanism is attachable to a commercially available bar clamp made according to Holman U.S. Pat. No. 2,815,778 dated Dec. 10, 1957.
