Publication number: 20220127060Abstract: A vented sealable bag comprises a container, a two-part seal and a vent. The container has opposing sidewalls and a bottom defining a cavity. The sidewalls form a neck defining an opening opposite the bottom, The sidewalls have an inner surface facing the cavity and an outer surface external to the container and the sidewalls have a thickness. A two-part seal is formed on the inner surface of the sidewalls adjacent the neck. The two-part seal has a hook formed on one sidewall and a clasp formed on an opposite sidewall. The hook and clasp are arranged on the inner surface of the sidewalls to form an airtight seal isolating the cavity from an external environment when the hook is embedded in the clasp but otherwise maintain the opening in the container. A vent is integrally formed in one of the sidewalls. The vent is further comprised of a dimple having a thickness that is thinner than the thickness of the sidewalls.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 10, 2022Publication date: April 28, 2022Applicant: Admar International, Inc.Inventor: Nouri E. Publication number: 20170095406Abstract: A child's oral comfort device such as a teether or pacifier includes a strap, such as a wrist band, a housing removably attached to the strap, and a mouth portion fixed to the housing. The housing has a base and a removable cap. Inside the base of the housing is a printed circuit board having a sensor, a timer, a vibrator motor, a power source and a controller. When the infant applies pressure to the mouth portion, the sensor responds and sends a signal to the controller that activates the vibrator to vibrate the mouth portion for a predetermined time. The controller then prevents the vibrator from vibrating until the child reactivates the device with more pressure to start the vibrating cycle again. When the removable cap is attached, the housing and mouth portion are sealed preventing liquid from coming into contact with printed circuit board or its components. The strap, housing and mouth portion are constructed of silicone.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 30, 2016Publication date: April 6, 2017Applicant: Admar International, Inc.Inventor: Nouri E. Hakim

Patent number: 9510700Abstract: An improved no-spill cup construction and valve assembly which provides an extremely secure seal against accidental liquid flow from the cup spout. An initially blocked opening in a flexible material moves up along a protruding member until the opening is unblocked, so as to allow fluid flow.Type: GrantFiled: April 9, 2014Date of Patent: December 6, 2016Assignee: Admar International, Inc.Inventor: Nouri E. Patent number: 9010568Abstract: An improved no-spill cup construction and valve assembly. When not in use, an opening in the flexible material rests against a blocking element, sealing off the opening against the flow of liquid. The closed position provides an extremely secure seal against fluid leakage, such that inadvertent spills, such as by turning the cup upside down, are ineffective. The act of sucking at the cup spout creates negative pressure or a partial vacuum against the flexible material, lifting the opening off of the blocking element, and unblocking that opening. When the opening is unblocked, liquid can flow freely through the valve and spout.Type: GrantFiled: September 7, 2010Date of Patent: April 21, 2015Assignee: Admar International, Inc.Inventor: Nouri E.
