Abstract: A rail mounting system includes a mounting rail that has a channel profile. The mounting rail is secured to a cargo area surface. Further, the rail mounting system includes a slide member that has a securement receiving area for securing a cargo product and the slide member within the channel profile of the mounting rail. The slide member is received within the channel profile.

Abstract: An adjustable modular shelving system is secureable to a rail mounting system in the cargo area of a vehicle. The shelving system includes a pair of end panels, each pair having an end panel flange with a plurality of end panel flange apertures. The end panel flange extends along a portion of an outer periphery of each of the pair of end panels. The shelving system may include a shelf having a base and a pair of shelf flanges which extend from longitudinal end portions of the base, one of the pair of shelf flanges includes a plurality of locking mechanisms and another one of the pair of shelf flanges include a plurality of shelf apertures. The locking mechanisms may securably connect with a first side of the pair of end panels, and the plurality of shelf apertures may securably connect with a second side of the pair of end panels.

Abstract: A partition for separating the cabin compartment from the cargo area in HHR-style vehicles where the cabin compartment is characterized by a deck having a front wall and recesses. The partition comprises a frame including a panel. The frame is securable to a front wall of the vehicle deck, and includes at least one support, each of the at least one supports receivable in one of the recesses of the deck.

Abstract: A ladder rack providing for easier loading, unloading, and storage of a ladder. The ladder rack preferably has a pivot and a carriage mounted upon one or more arms attached to the pivot. A ladder is placed upon the carriage which can then be rotated via the pivot and arms (and preferably using a ratchet assembly) from a loading and unloading position to a stowage position separated by an obtuse angle. In some preferred vehicular applications, the unloading and loading position is beside the vehicle while the stowage position is over or above the vehicle. Also preferably, the carriage substantially overlies the ladder when in the stowage position, thereby providing for immediate and effective security against ladder theft as well as a compact ladder storage arrangement. Preferred embodiments of the present invention also employ a carriage that is slidable along the arms. This carriage has a rung grip which is separated a distance along the ladder rack from an opposed rung grip.
