  • Patent number: 7967165
Abstract: A metal reinforcement fitting 10 including a strip 12 curved vertically upward is attached to a bottom 20b of a transportation container 20, and thus upward force can be applied to the bottom 20b. The upward force of the metal reinforcement fitting 10 can suppress downward force of a heavy article housed in the transportation container 20. Accordingly, if the metal reinforcement fitting 10 is attached to the bottom 20b of the transportation container 20 before the heavy article is housed, the bottom 20b can be prevented from bulging. Additionally, even if the bottom 20b of the transportation container 20 has already bulged, instability caused by deformation of the bottom 20b can be improved by attachment of the metal reinforcement fitting 10. Thus the provided metal reinforcement fitting has durability for long-term use of a transportation container.

  • Patent number: 5605376
Abstract: According to a method for inclining a chair seat, and a chair having an inclinable seat, blood circulation is improved by making the structure of the chair simple and of such a structure as to cause elongating of the backbone of a person being seated, and dissipating of the pressure at the rear side of the femoral region in the vicinity of the knees. In this chair, a backrest attaching member is pivotally supported at the rear side of an attaching frame for rearward inclination, and at the same time is spring-pressed toward the attaching frame. A push-up member is vertically attached to a horizontal portion of the backrest attaching member. A seat receiving plate is pivotally supported at the front side of the attaching frame for upward inclination, and the seat receiving plate is engaged with an upper end of the push-up member. A backrest is attached to the backrest attaching member, and a seat is attached to the seat receiving plate.

  • Patent number: 5044957
Abstract: A set of devices for fabricating a novel, soft, sheet-like colored plastic picture or a product which adheres on a window glass, a tile, or a wall and may be enjoyed as an indoor decoration, or may be utilized as a coaster or a pendant, and a method of fabricating a colored plastic picture or a product with use thereof. The set of devices includes a metal plate (1), colored vinyl chloride resin material (4) in sol state contained in a squeeze tube, and a hot plate (3). After the sol state colored vinyl chloride resin material is extruded from a tube (4) onto a rough sketch (2) drawn on the metal plate (1) of the set of devices, so as to paint the picture (c) (d), the metal plate is put on a hot plate (3) to be heated, so as to gel the colored vinyl chloride resin, and the gelled colored chloride resin is removed from the metal plate after cooling, thereby fabricating the colored plastic picture or product.
