Abstract: An optical measurement device is provided with: a light source that irradiates, with light, a measurement object which has a fluid flowing thereinside; a light receiving unit which, upon receipt of scattered light from the measurement object irradiated with light, outputs a light reception signal according to the intensity of the scattered light; a disturbance generation unit which generates a disturbance signal for causing oscillation of a drive current to be supplied to the light source; and an adjustment unit which adjust the drive current on the basis of the result of a comparison between the disturbance signal and a signal generated on the basis of the light reception signal.

Abstract: This fluid evaluation device is provided with an irradiation unit for irradiating a fluid with light, a light reception unit for receiving scattered light from the fluid and outputting a light reception signal, and an estimation unit for estimating at least one from among flow rate and density by mapping input points, which are on a first plane defined by flow rate and frequency and are expressed by light amount information indicating the amount of scattered light included in the light reception signal and frequency information indicating a frequency for a beat signal resulting from the Doppler shifting of the light included in the light reception signal, onto a second plane defined by fluid flow rate and fluid density.

Abstract: This fluid measuring device is provided with: an irradiation unit that irradiates a fluid with light; a light receiving unit that receives light scattered by the fluid; a detecting unit that detects a backflow of the fluid on the basis of a light reception signal from the light receiving unit; and a calculating unit that calculates, on the basis of the detection result by the detection unit and the light reception signal from the light receiving unit, estimated fluid information indicating the flow rate or flow speed of the fluid. Accordingly, even when a backflow of the fluid temporarily occurs, the flow speed of the fluid can be precisely measured.

Abstract: This temperature control device is provided with: an endothermic/exothermic unit that heats or cools a subject to be subjected to temperature control; a temperature detection unit that detects the first temperature of the periphery of the subject; a control unit that controls the endothermic/exothermic unit on the basis of a variable target temperature; and a variable target temperature setter that sets the variable target temperature to a first variable target temperature on the basis of the first temperature and target temperature information indicating the target temperature. With such temperature control device, since the target temperature changes to a suitable value as needed, a time needed until the temperature of the subject reaches the target temperature can be shortened.

Abstract: A biological sound analyzing apparatus is provided with: an obtaining device configured to obtain first information regarding biological sounds in a first period; and an outputting device configured to output second information, which indicates a ratio of a generation time in which sounds indicating abnormality of a living body and included in the biological sounds are generated, with respect to the first period, on the basis of the first information. According to the biological sound analyzing apparatus, it is possible to preferably analyze information regarding the sounds indicating the abnormality because it can output the ratio of the generation time of the sounds indicating the abnormality and included in the biological sounds.
