Abstract: The invention relates to safety or control systems for a plurality of sensors. In particular, the invention relates to networks for transmitting measured parameters, control or similar signals by modeling signals at carrier frequencies using a wireless electric communication, preferably, using a radio communication. A method for a radio communication among a plurality of transceivers of a safety or control system comprises broadcasting a radio signal, which comprises at least a preamble and a packet body, and searching for the preamble through a plurality of antennas k1 of one transceiver with an alternate periodical linking of each antenna to search for the preamble followed by evaluating a quality of the radio signal as compared to a given level of the radio signal upon receipt of the preamble and selecting an antenna having a maximum level of the radio signal, through which a synchronization of the transceivers is started to receive the packet body.

Abstract: The claimed group of inventions relates to method for enhancing a communication between security sensors and a transceiver within security alarm systems, which could improve an interaction between the transceiver and at least one sensor of the system by performing a real-time correction of its operation, by performing a control of synchronization parameters of the sensors, timely introduction of the corrected parameters and use of an accumulated data for self-correction of the synchronization parameters by the sensors. The implementation of the claimed methods reduces a probability of internal mutual interferences, provides a correct operation of the sensors, increases an autonomous operation time of the sensors and an overall stability of the security alarm systems.

Abstract: The invention relates to alarm systems using wired and wireless transmission systems. A method for transmitting a signal from wired security sensors and/or fire annunciators is proposed, the method comprising wire-connecting the security sensor and/or fire annunciator to an input from a set of inputs of a signal transmission device, which comprises an analogue-to-digital converter that is coupled to a controller and a power supply unit. Each of the set of inputs of the signal transmission device is associated with an input zone from a set of the input zones. Information regarding the input zones and the inputs of the signal transmission device associated therewith is stored within a storage device that is coupled to the controller.
