Abstract: The present disclosure provides a biological reaction system. The biological reaction system may include a reaction vessel and a temperature sensor. The reaction vessel may include an accommodating chamber configured to accommodate a mixture of cells and liquids. An outer side of a bottom of the reaction vessel may be provided with a groove recessed in a direction towards the accommodating chamber. The temperature sensor may include a probe, and the probe may be within the groove. The groove may be provided with a first heat conduction member, and the first heat conduction member may be sleeved outside the probe.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a cell separation apparatus for a bioreactor, which comprises: a cell separation component, which is arranged in a tank and immersed below the liquid level of the mixture and includes a filter membrane and a liquid guiding groove; and a tangential flow driving component, which includes one or more blades. The cell separation apparatus implements a low shear force and the filter membrane is not blocked easily. The present disclosure also provides a stirring system including a central shaft and a multi-layer paddle component. The multi-layer paddle component includes an upper paddle component, an intermediate paddle component and a bottom paddle component arranged around the central shaft.

Abstract: The embodiments of the disclosure provide a biological filtration system and a controlling method for the biological filtration system. The biological filtration system for filtering a solution in a bioreactor, comprises: a filter device having a top end and a bottom end, one of the top end and the bottom end being in fluid communication with the bioreactor for filtering the solution in the bioreactor; a liquid chamber in fluid communication with the other one of the top end and the bottom end for storing a solution in the filter device; a positive pressure pump, in fluid communication with the liquid chamber, for driving a solution to flow from the liquid chamber to the bioreactor; and a negative pressure pump, in fluid communication with the liquid chamber, for driving a solution to flow from the bioreactor to the liquid chamber.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a bioreactor, which includes a tank configured to contain a mixture of animal cells and a liquid; and a first ventilation device arranged outside the tank and including a first gas distributor, the first gas distributor being configured to transmit a gas to the liquid separated from the animal cells. The bioreactor further includes a dialysis component, which is arranged outside the tank and comprises a dialysis filter. The bioreactor further includes a second ventilation device arranged in the tank and configured to transmit the gas to the mixture in the tank.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a cell separation apparatus for a bioreactor. The cell separation apparatus may be disposed outside the bioreactor and in fluid connection with the bioreactor, the cell separation apparatus may be in a shape of a box body, the cell separation apparatus may include a liquid buffer device including a first liquid cavity disposed in the box body; a filter device including a filter channel and a filter membrane disposed in the box body, the filter membrane may be disposed above the filter channel; and a first liquid channel may be configured in the box body to facilitate a fluid communication between the first liquid cavity and the filter channel. A power system for filtering and microfluidic channels are integrated in the cell separation apparatus that is of a box shape, thereby reducing the volume and production cost thereof.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a power device of a micro channel for external circulation of a bioreactor. The power device of the micro channel may be disposed outside the bioreactor and in fluid connection with the bioreactor, the power device of the micro channel may be of a shape of a box body. The power device of the micro channel may comprise: a stacked layer disposed in the box body, including a first shell plate, a second shell plate, and a sealing film sandwiched between the first shell plate and the second shell plate; and a liquid buffer device including a first liquid cavity and a second liquid cavity disposed in the box body, the first liquid cavity and the second liquid cavity may be fixed to an outer end surface of the stacked layer. The power device of the micro channel may be of a box shape, thereby reducing the volume and production cost thereof.
