Abstract: An acoustic device includes a rotary operator and a base supporting the rotary operator so that the rotary operator is rotatable. The base includes a braking unit configured to be brought into contact with the rotary operator to cause a braking force to act on the rotary operator and an adjuster configured to adjust the braking force caused by the braking unit. The braking unit includes a plurality of contact members configured to be brought into contact with the rotary operator to cause the braking force to act on the rotary operator. The braking force acting on the rotary operator by the plurality of the contact members varies depending on an adjustment amount by the adjuster.
Abstract: An acoustic device includes: a music player that is capable of simultaneously playing a plurality of music pieces of which music piece data includes specific playback positions set therefor; a playback speed adjusting section configured to adjust a playback speed of each of the music pieces; a music piece switching section configured to execute switching from a first music piece being played by the music player to a second music piece; and a playback position adjusting section configured to execute adjustment such that the specific playback position of the second music piece is aligned on a time axis with the specific playback position of the first music piece being played at a playback speed adjusted by the playback speed adjusting section.
Abstract: There is provided audio equipment that enables power supply and signal connection to a rotary operation unit in a non-contact manner. The audio equipment includes: the rotary operation unit rotatably supported in relation to an equipment body; an operation detecting section provided for the rotary operation unit and in which an electric load changes in response to a pressing operation; a power supplying section provided for the equipment body and configured to supply power to the operation detecting section in a non-contact manner; and a monitoring section configured to monitor the power supplied by the power supplying section to detect the user's operation from a change in the power.
