Abstract: A method implemented by a teleconferencing system includes assigning a teleconferencing bridge to a teleconference responsive to at least a current workload of the teleconferencing bridge, and forwarding a first plurality of communication sessions corresponding to the teleconference to the teleconferencing bridge, wherein the teleconferencing bridge is configured to connect each of the first plurality of communication sessions to each other communication session among the first plurality of communication sessions.

Abstract: A billing data interface provides billing data to customers in an accurate and efficient manner. Billing data is processed to preserve client billing information and to meet a customer's individual data requirements. The billing data may be presented in such a way that the customer may input the billing data directly into its client billing system. The billing data may be processed according to client billing specifications corresponding to a client billing system used by the customer. The processed data may preserve leading zeros, separate client code and matter code into two fields, etc. The resulting data file may be delivered to the customer for entry into the customer's client billing system.

Abstract: A method for providing a virtual conference is described. The method includes: a conferencing system receiving a request to schedule a meeting; the conferencing system displaying a calendar associated with a first conference participant identifier of the virtual conference; and the conferencing system receiving a request to retrieve calendar data associated with one or more second conference participant identifiers of the virtual conference. The conferencing system then receives calendar data through one or more communication channels associated with one or more second conference participant identifiers.

Abstract: Various embodiments of systems, methods, and computer programs are disclosed for authenticating a participant in an online conference via a graphical user interface. One such method comprises: determining a conference event requesting authentication of a participant by a conferencing system hosting a conference via a communication network; in response to the conference event, presenting a signature capture area to the participant in a conference interface via a graphical user interface; monitoring location coordinates of an input device in the signature capture area; converting the location coordinates into a participant electronic signature; determining that the participant electronic signature matches a stored electronic signature associated with the participant; and in response to determining the match, authenticating the participant for the conference event.

The method includes a conferencing system that configures a virtual conference location; the conferencing system playing a personalized sound effect corresponding to generating a graphical representation of a conference participant; and the conferencing system displaying the graphical representation of the conference participant in the virtual conference location.
