Abstract: Disclosed is a device for rapidly and comprehensively inspecting a lens actuator, the device comprising a bracket (4) for fixing the lens actuator, a cone-shaped body (2) and a camera (1), wherein the outer surface of the cone-shaped body (2) is a mirror surface, the cone-shaped body (2) is mounted on the top of the bracket (4), and the camera (1) is hung above the cone-shaped body (2). Further disclosed is a system employing the above-mentioned device for rapidly and comprehensively inspecting a lens actuator, and a method for inspecting a lens actuator by using the above-mentioned device. A rapid inspection can be realized so as to facilitate quality inspection and control in mass production, and a comprehensive inspection also can be realized, the inspection items including lens stroke, magnitude of inclination and the similar items under different control conditions.

Abstract: An automatic tuning method for an OIS camera module, comprising the steps of: S0, providing an automatic tuning platform (1), and enabling an OIS camera module (2) to directly face an objective plane (103); S1, a control module (101) indicating to an OIS motor controller (201) to control an OIS motor (203), thereby changing the stroke of a lens; S2, changing control parameters of each driver or each pair of drivers in sequence, and recording the control parameters, compensation angles and a relative angle each time the control parameters of one or one pair of drivers are changed; S3, according to the control parameters, the compensation angles and the relative angle, the control module (101) calculating an OIS gain in each stroke; and S4, transmitting the OIS gain in each stroke to the OIS motor controller (201).

Abstract: A structure for a voice coil motor providing controllable lens tilt capability. The voice coil motor structure comprises a lens mount for fixedly mounting a lens (12), a focusing coil (6), a tilting coil (5, 7) and magnets (8-11), wherein the focusing coil (6) and the tilting coil (5, 7) are respectively and fixedly sleeved on the outer side of the lens mount (12). The magnets (8-11) are distributed around the focusing coil (6) and the tilting coil (5, 7) to allow the focusing coil (6) to interact with the magnets (8-11), so that the focusing coil (6) drives the lens mount (12) to move front and back to realize lens focusing. The tilting coil (5, 7) is interacted with the magnets (8-11) to allow the tilting coil (5, 7) to drive the lens mount (12) to tilt and realize lens shift. By virtue of the structure, the focusing and controllable tilting angle of the lens can be realized at the same time.
