Abstract: A process for automating data mining operations by defining data objects including one or more database table objects and storing the data objects in a metadata store maintained in a computer storage. Data manipulation operations on the meta data objects are defined and descriptions of the data manipulation operations associated with the data objects as metadata stored in the metadata store. A data execution component accesses the data manipulation operations and sequentially performs data manipulations operations on data within the database tables corresponding to the database table objects.
