Abstract: A system for serving electronic communications facilitating decision making by a user is provided. The system includes a computer store containing emotional wording, adjectives, sensations, industry phrases, industry communications, graphics, and emotional factors and triggers usable for inclusion in an electronic communication (i) where the electronic communication is configured to include text and graphics using a template; and (ii) where the electronic communication includes a call for action to be taken by the user. The system further includes a computer processor coupled to the computer store and programmed to: (i) receive a profile of the user's demographic profile; (ii) map out possible user journeys and actions; (iii) identify actions to be influenced along each journey; (iv) determine a set of emotional triggers for each action; (v) retrieve industry phrases and graphics for each emotional trigger; and (vi) create graphics and journey page layouts for transmission in the electronic communication.

Abstract: A system and method for the online settling of a transaction is provided. The system includes a server arrangement having a rules based engine including rules established on behalf of a party to the transaction, such as a creditor. The rules based engine is configured to process data and present a transaction settlement offer set comprising a plurality of selectable offers to the user based on at least one decision made by the rules based engine. The server arrangement is further configured to receive a lump sum payment proposal from the user and to use the rules based engine to process information comprising the lump sum payment proposal and present a second transaction settlement offer set to the user based at least in part on the lump sum payment proposal from the user.

Abstract: A method for the online modification, submission and approval processing of a future payment request to afford a user the ability to renegotiate established loan agreement debt terms in which network communications are established between a user, such as a debtor, and a computing device, such as a server or server arrangement, is presented. The method comprises receiving information, at the computing device, regarding the loan agreement debt terms, presenting received information to a debtor, providing an interactive environment enabling a debtor to modify existing terms, submitting modified terms, processing data from the available information using a rules based engine, and processing a future payment request based on at least one decision made by the rules based engine. While online, the user/debtor may engage in revising a rejected future payment request in an attempt to reach a satisfactory renegotiation of debt terms.

Abstract: An automated system and method for the online settling of a transaction is provided. The system comprises a server comprising a rules based engine including rules established on behalf of a party to the transaction and genetic programming logic configured to employ the rules and determine a plurality of transaction settlement offer sets, each transaction settlement offer set based on a set of circumstances and comprising multiple simultaneously presentable and individually selectable offers, each offer configured to provide an appearance of settling the transaction. The genetic programming logic creates a description of a current transaction settlement offer set, analyzes behavior and characteristics of the current transaction settlement offer set, establishes a fitness of the current transaction settlement offer set, and modifies the current transaction settlement offer set to produce a new transaction settlement offer set. The new transaction settlement offer set is provided to the user.

Abstract: A method and system facilitating the development and distribution of software is provided. The system includes tracking revisions to elements of a database on the computing device by establishing time stamps for each stored element changed at a specified time, enabling a user to select an applicable time period comprising a beginning time point and an end time point, and assembling elements for execution based on time stamps limited to the selected applicable time period.

Abstract: A method for providing credit score information for a user to the user is provided. The method comprises offering the user an option to obtain information related to a credit score via a computer networking arrangement. The method further determines credit score information once the option is selected by the user, and providing the credit score information determined to the user via the computer networking arrangement.
