  • Patent number: 9819249
Abstract: A motor stator locating method for locating a motor stator structure on a circuit board is disclosed. The motor stator structure includes a base and a contact pad set. The base is provided at a central portion thereof with a raised portion, which is wound around by a coil having a plurality of turns. The contact pad set is correspondingly attached to one side of the base opposite to the raised portion, and has a first and a second contact pad. The coil has two ends respectively connected to the first and the second contact pad. With these arrangements, the motor stator structure can be manufactured at largely improved production efficiency and reduced error rate.

  • Patent number: 9784280
Abstract: A fan device with oil-retaining bearing includes a base seat and an oil-retaining bearing. The base seat has a central tubular section and a bearing cup extending from the central tubular section to one side. The bearing cup has an internal bearing hole. The central tubular section has at least one mating section in adjacency to the bearing hole. The oil-retaining bearing is disposed in the bearing hole. The oil-retaining bearing has at least one connection section mated with the mating section. The connection section and the mating section are mated with each other so that the oil-retaining bearing is securely disposed in the bearing hole. In addition, the operation of the shaft will not be affected due to the press fit and the difficulty in controlling the glue dispensing process.

  • Patent number: 8979512
Abstract: An oil-retaining bearing fan device includes a fan base seat, at least one oil-retaining bearing and at least one magnetic member. The oil-retaining bearing is disposed in a bearing hole of the fan base seat. The oil-retaining bearing has at least one receiving hole for receiving the magnetic member therein. The magnetic member serves to apply a magnetic attraction force to a shaft of the fan device to make the shaft quickly restore to its optimal operation position so as to reduce wear and lower the noises and vibration of the fan device in operation. Therefore, the lifetime of the fan device can be prolonged.
