Abstract: A steel rule die including holders providing a holding force assisting in retaining the die rules in their rule slots. The holders include a plurality of resiliently compressible polyurethane plugs positioned adjacent the rules at desired spaced apart locations in cavities formed in the die base member. The plugs are compressibly received in the cavities and have associated portions thereof extending from the cavities which positively urge against the sides of the rules.
Abstract: A folding carton design consisting of 23 working panels, 22 fold lines, and 1 round hole. The design incorporates an opening/reclosing feature which opens to allow access to the contents of the carton, then recloses in a secure fashion. The opening/reclosing feature utilizes an overlapping, double closure system guided by rounded side guides. The side guides incorporate stop tabs which act to prevent the box from opening to a point where the overlapping closure would be dislodged. Upon closure, the side guides are retracted into the body of the carton and hidden from view.
Abstract: A rotatable cylinder to which is secured a unitary sleeve having cutting lands for cutting and creasing sheet material such as paper and cardboard. The sleeve is secured to the cylinder to prevent relative movement during the cutting process.

Abstract: A die carrier combined with a die board where the die carrier is positioned within an opening formed in the die board. The die carrier includes a block having a peripheral groove, an extendable strip fitted within the groove, and a screen carried by the block and engageable with the extendable strip to move the strip outwardly from the block. By virtue of the movement of the block within the die board opening, the die carrier may be positioned to register the embossing components.
