    Abstract: A rotary printing machine includes a printing cylinder, at least one clamping unit mounted on a printing surface of the printing cylinder, and a feeding control mechanism and an unloading control mechanism mounted to a lateral side of the printing cylinder for changing the clamping state of the clamping unit. When the clamping unit is moved to an unloading position, the unloading control mechanism can be operated to control the clamping unit to maintain a closed state, so that a workpiece can be brought by the printing cylinder to a feeding position again. Then, the feeding control mechanism can be operated to control the clamping unit at the feeding position to maintain a clamped state, so that printing can be repeated on the workpiece to form multiple layers of ink and create three-dimensional printed layers showing a specific visual effect.

The cartridge device includes a frame, a plurality of cartridges for loading articles to be printed, two cartridge lifting members for driving the cartridge to move up/down, two cartridge convey member for driving the cartridge move horizontally, two printed substrate (articles) delivery members for delivering the articles to be printed, and two shift mechanisms for taking out or putting in the articles to be printed from the cartridge or the printed substrate delivery members. By one shift mechanism, the article to be printed on a work line is moved from the printed substrate delivery member into the cartridge for running material collection or the article to be printed is moved from the cartridge to the printed substrate delivery member for performing material feeding. Thus the two work lines of the production line can perform automatic material feeding, collection and storage simultaneously or respectively.

    Abstract: An automatic pneumatic gripper applied to a screen printing machine includes a pneumatic cylinder disposed on a top surface of a fixing post and two elastic grippers pivoted on two transverse sides of the pneumatic cylinder respectively. The lower part of two grippers extend downward beyond a bottom surface of the fixing post and projects inwards to form a hook. When a plunger of the pneumatic cylinder protrudes downward and leans against the top surface of the fixing post 30, the two grippers pivot inward, clip and fasten a squeegee/scraper firmly on the fixing post by the hook. When the plunger retracts upward, the pneumatic cylinder falls down relatively falls down so that the two grippers pivot outward, away from each other and the squeegee/scraper is released.

    Abstract: An automatic registration device applied to screen printing machines includes a base disposed under the printing table and is arranged with at least three sets of CCD (Charge Coupled Device), a printing table and an automatic registration member. The two sets of CCD are arranged on one side of the base while the other one set of CCD is disposed on the other side. The printing table is for loading and positioning the articles to be printed and is disposed with through holes corresponding to the image capture devices respectively as well as light sources for emitting light upward and the light passing through the insertion hole. The automatic registration member with a screen is arranged over the printing table. The CCD takes images of the article to be printed and the screen at the same time by the through hole. Through the computer, the automatic registration member and the screen move synchronously for accurate positioning to the article to be printed.

    Abstract: A two-bar linkage fast elevating apparatus for screen printing machine includes a two-bar linkage system and an eccentric shaft driving system connected to a rear side of a transverse slide base of the screen printing machine. A reduction motor is connected to a lower end of the eccentric shaft driving system to cyclically lift and lower the eccentric shaft driving system. When the eccentric shaft driving system is lifted to elevate the transverse slide base, the two-bar linkage system synchronously moves the transverse slide base backward, so that a heightened and deepened space giving good vision is provided between a printing bed and a lifted screen of the screen printing machine for an operator to safely, conveniently, and accurately check the printing quality.

    Abstract: An ink residue lifting and transfer mechanism is provided on a printing mechanism of a screen printing machine to pneumatically horizontally drive an ink reclaiming blade, so that the ink reclaiming blade is in complete contact with a scraper of the printing mechanism to hold ink residue after one printing in a space contained between the closely contacted scraper and the ink reclaiming blade, preventing the ink residue from dripping off from the scraper to the screen plate to smudge the printed object in the course of ink reclaiming. And, the ink residue is lifted and transferred by the closely contacted scraper and ink reclaiming blade to an initial position for reuse in the next printing without being wasted. Therefore, an improved accuracy of printing can be achieved at reduced cost.
