    Abstract: A NAND flash controlling method includes the steps of: configuring a temperature-sensing unit to detect the flash temperatures and a source block to store source data; configuring a main control unit to receive the flash temperatures for calculating a temperature difference, to generate a data-transmitting signal if the current temperature is abnormal and the temperature difference is too large; configuring a control unit to read and transmit the source data; configuring a data-buffering unit to receive and store the source data; configuring an error-correcting unit to receive a source error-correcting code and a source bit-error rate to re-calculate an updated error-correcting code; configuring a flash-buffering unit to receive the updated error-correcting code and the source data; and, configuring the control unit to utilize the updated error-correcting code to write the source data into the destination block from the flash-buffering unit. In addition, a NAND flash controlling system is also provided.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a memory having at least one stacked integrated circuit chip is firstly to remove a plurality of transitional weld structures from a first IC chip. A varied insulation layer is then formed on the first IC chip. The varied insulation layer is then processed by a laser beam to form a plurality of metal-disposed portions. A plurality of chip-conductive structures are then formed on the metal-disposed portions. A plurality of manufactured weld structures is formed on the chip conductive structures. A second IC chip having a plurality of original weld structures is then provided to the first IC chip. The original weld structures of the second IC chip are connected to the chip conductive structures of the first IC chip to form a stacked IC chip. The stacked IC chip is then mounted onto a memory substrate component to form a memory having the stacked IC chip.

    Abstract: A data storage apparatus includes a storage unit; a read/write console connected electrically to an external power supply source; a storage function unit; a power switch connected electrically to the power supply source, the storage unit and the storage function unit in such a manner that in a normal condition, the storage unit is charged electrically by the power supply source via the power switch, and that in an abnormal condition, the storage unit is supplied with electrical power from the power switch via the storage function unit so as to permit continuation of the read/write operation within the storage unit. A current detection unit detects current of the storage function unit in the abnormal condition and upon detecting current of the storage function unit reaching below a predetermined threshold value, the current detection unit generates and transmits a reset signal to the read/write console such that the read/write console orders a reset of the read/write operation.

    Abstract: A data secure system includes a computer host and a storage device having a certification signature. The computer host includes an encryption/decryption program, a data transceiver unit, an encryption module, and a decryption module. The data transceiver unit is communicatively connected to the storage device and an external device for receiving a raw data from the external device. The encryption module reads certification signature from the storage device via the encryption/decryption program, encrypts the raw data into an encryption data according to the certification signature, and stores the encryption data in the storage device. The decryption module reads the certification signature and the encryption data from the storage device via the encryption/decryption program and decrypts the encryption data according to the certification signature. Moreover, a method of storing and reading data is also provided.
