Abstract: A recreational utility trailer having a subfloor and a fold-up top deck creating a storage space therebetween for storing a fabric shelter. The trailer also has movable suspension and hinged tongue for raising the trailer to a transit position and for lowering the trailer to a loading position. The suspension uses fluid cylinders to raise and lower the trailer. A hinged frame supports the fabric shelter when erected, and is storable between the subfloor and top deck. Attachment points may be provided to secure one or more accessories or a load to the trailer.
