Abstract: A fog sensing apparatus for vehicle windows is provided. The fog sensing apparatus includes: a temperature/humidity sensor module including a glass surface temperature sensor for measuring a temperature of a glass surface of the vehicle window, and a humidity sensor for measuring relative humidity around the glass surface of the vehicle window; a flexible printed circuit board on which the temperature/humidity sensor module is mounted, which a temperature measurement part of the glass surface temperature sensor contacts, and on which a conductive pattern is formed to be connected to electrode terminals of the glass surface temperature sensor and electrode terminals of the humidity sensor; a substrate assembly having a through hole for the temperature/humidity sensor module to pass through, and connection terminals connected to the conductive pattern; and a case covering the substrate assembly, the substrate assembly interposed between the case and the flexible printed circuit board.

Abstract: There are provided with a gas detecting sensor and a gas detecting device for controlling a ventilation system of a vehicle using the gas detecting sensor. The gas detecting sensor of the present invention includes two kinds of gas sensing layers separately formed and a heater assembly for heating the two sensing layers to different temperatures.
Abstract: An apparatus, for use in vehicles, for detecting a harmful gas material surrounding the apparatus to then adequately ventilate a surrounding air comprises a case which is equipped with a sensor utilizing an electric measuring device. The sensor, in contact with a surrounding air through an air passage, is mounted on a connection portion of an electric circuit board and is protruded from the case to a chamber. The chamber has a set of holes and is formed on a case cover, the set of holes of the chamber being provided with a set of corresponding filters. The air passage is formed between an inner and an outer walls of a case cap covering the chamber.
Abstract: A motor vehicle ventilation system having a recirculation or air input mode in which when the rate of change of a signal from an outdoor gas pollution sensor exceeds a threshold limit, the system is adjusted to the recirculation mode.
