Abstract: A seal adapted to be mounted on an edge of an element such as, for example, a sheet metal panel or non-sliding glass of an automobile, and of the type comprising a sealing portion fixed to a channel or U-portion which can be engaged on the edge of the element, the seal comprising, at least one lip articulated to the channel and projecting into the interior of the channel, the lip having a portion for bearing elastically on a wall of the element, and of a profile in the form of an arc of a logarithmic spiral centered on a point of articulation of the lip on the channel, the sprial having a profile wherein the angle made by a radius vector of the spiral with the normal at the point of contact of the lip on the element is less than the angle of friction between the respective materials of the lip and the element.

Abstract: An elastically yieldable connection of the type comprising a block composed of elastomer material to which are connected two armatures which are relatively movable. The connection comprises at least one deformable sealed chamber filled with a liquid and arranged between two portions of each of the two armatures so as to increase the elastic stiffness of the connection in a direction (T) of relative displacement of the armatures substantially perpendicular to a plane parallel to which extend the two armature portions, and at least in the direction corresponding to an approach between these portions. Application in particular in the mounting of a set of wheels of a motor vehicle.
Abstract: A device including a comparator (3) each input of which receives signals from an information transmission line (1, 2) through a capacitor (4, 5), is characterized in that devices for forced switching (6) are interposed between the information transmission lines (1, 2) and the inputs of the comparator (3), the output of the latter being connected to one input of an OR gate (7) whose other input receives a reinitialization signal from a protocol decoder and whose output is connected directly and through an inverter to the device for forced switching (6) in order to reinitialize the comparator when the latter is blocked in a dominant state following interference.

Abstract: The elastically yieldable articulation is of the type comprising a cylindrical outer armature and a coaxial inner armature interconnected by a block of elastomer material and movable with respect to each other. Abstract: This interface includes three comparators, the inputs of the first comparator being connected to the two transmission lines, one of the inputs of the second comparator being connected to one of the transmission lines and the other input of this comparator being connected to a bias voltage generator, one of the inputs of the third comparator being connected to the other transmission line and the other input of this comparator being connected to the bias voltage generator. The outputs of the comparators are connected to inputs of a multiplexer whose output is connected to the remainder of the circuits of the station, and the control inputs of the multiplexer are connected to the output of defect detecting means for detecting defects of one of the transmission lines so that the transmission lines control the multiplexer in such manner that the multiplexer selects the output of one of the comparators as a function of the state of the transmission lines.

Abstract: A double synchronizer for two gear pinions (14A, 14B) freely mounted on each side of a hub (12) fixed to a shaft (10) and on which is axially slidably mounted a control sleeve (22) for the purpose of occupying a plurality of axial positions defined by locking means (26A, 40A) comprising a plurality of radial push means (26A) having balls (32A), each of the balls (32A) of the radial push means being elastically biased outwardly so as to cooperate with an inner notched axial track (40A) on the sleeve. Abstract: A suspension with variable damping or variable shock absorbing which permits varying the damping as a function of various parameters such as the speed, the height, or steering angle of the wheels. An anti-inclination or stabilizer bar is connected to the suspension arms of the wheels and to the detector for detecting the height of the front axles. The detector provides an electrical signal corresponding to the angle of rotation of the center of the stabilizer bar to an electronic calculator. When the signal exceeds a predetermined threshold value, the calculator transmits information to actuators to change the suspension damping or stiffness. The detector includes a casing mounted on the chassis and having a lever arm driven in rotation by a linkage connected to a lever rigidly attached to the center of the stabilizer bar.

The movable part (3) of the armrest comprises an operating assembly (22) mounted slidably on the frame of the armrest in the axial direction XX'. The operating assembly comprises a bolt (21) having an actuating surface comprising fingers (23) cooperating with the active surface (8a) of the keeper (8) in order to ensure locking of the armrest in a raised position.
