The composition comprises at least 5.0% by weight of ovalbumin, about 1.0% phenoxyethanol, about 0.5% carbomer, and about 0.3% triethanolamine. The composition may be in the form of a cream, powder, lotion, gel, emulsion, or ointment. Its method for use in wound healing and for hair growth is also disclosed.
