Abstract: Each target device to which a full operating system (O/S) or other image is to be deployed using a deployment solution undergoes pre-O/S processing before booting into a temporary O/S, where preparatory processing includes a real-time hardware scan that generates a hardware device ID list that is compared to a driver repository accessed by the target device using a special communication channel between the target device and the driver repository. Drivers corresponding to listed hardware devices IDs are delivered to the target device and are staged by the target device before booting into a full O/S that installs the drivers. During full O/S operation post-deploy processing includes one or more additional real-time hardware scans performed to discover additional hardware devices missed in earlier scans, again with drivers delivered to the target device for installation.

Abstract: An apparatus for removing a door hinge pin from a door hinge is described. The apparatus comprises a base, an elongated guiding member connected to the base, and a rod that is also connected to the base. The guiding member has a longitudinal depression defining a channel that extends from a first end of the guiding member to a second end. The rod is connected to the base at a location that is substantially external to the channel.

Abstract: An web-based online sports system for information sharing, collaboration and vending of buying and selling opportunities between sellers and purchasers related to sports and entertainment. Applications servers (ASs) and database servers (DSs) are provided to implement the features and functions of permitting purchasers to investigate buying and selling opportunities by set factors. For motorsports, an online auction market for auto-parts permits racing company buyers to auction used auto-parts to interested sellers. Another online auction market is created for sponsorship buying and selling opportunities between car companies desiring to sell on-the-vehicle sponsorship and purchasers willing to purchase the sponsorship. Online sellers investigate teams using metrics, including identity of team, identity of driver, size of sponsorship, location of sponsorship, identity of racing series, identity of racing event, community and external reputation.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing a recreational game that promotes coordination, provides a form of exercise, and is an enjoyable pastime. A game box includes a floor, side walls and end walls, wherein each end wall includes a goal formed therein. A center wall extends up from the center of the floor to divide the game box into a plurality of playing areas, and includes one or more passages formed therein to allow a puck to pass from one side of the center wall to the other. Each player utilizes a hockey stick to manipulate a hockey puck. The game is started with a face-off procedure between the players, and once the puck is in play the object is to send the puck through the opponent's goal, which may first require sending the puck through a hole in the center divider. After a goal is made, the face-off procedure is repeated and play resumes until one of the players reaches a predetermined number of goals.
