  • Patent number: 8800454
Abstract: A height adjustable work surface system having an under-mount mechanism pivotably attached at a first end to a mounting bracket for mounting to a secure structure; the under-mount mechanism being further pivotably attached at a second end to an attachment bracket; the attachment bracket further connected to a work surface support designed to connect to a work surface; and by pivoting the under-mount mechanism from a first to a second position the work surface is raised or lowered.

  • Patent number: 7707946
Abstract: An adjustable work surface support for use with a primary work surface and a secondary work surface comprising primary work surface connector; secondary work surface connector; a parallelogram link support comprising a support bar mounted to the primary work surface connector to define a first axis; and a pair of parallel arms, each arm attached at one end to the support bar and a second end attached to the secondary work surface connector to define a second axis; a connecting plate; attached adjacent one of the parallel arms to the primary and secondary work surface connector; having a first pivot point rotatable about the first axis and a second pivot point being rotatable about the second axis; such that when the arm is pivoted about the first axis, an angular position of the secondary work surface with respect to the primary work surface is substantially constant.

  • Patent number: 7013813
Abstract: An adjustable work surface arrangement has a primary work surface, a secondary work surface, a link system, a link brake mechanism arranged to selectably prevent or permit rotation of the first end of the link system, a tilt mechanism mechanically connecting the primary work surface and the secondary work surface and a tilt brake mechanism to selectably prevent or permit tilting of the secondary work surface relative the second end. The link system is pivotably attached at a first end to the primary work surface and at a second end to the secondary work surface, to permit the secondary work surface to be displaced relative the primary work surface. The tilt mechanism connects the primary work surface and the secondary work surface, so that when the first end of the link system is pivoted about a first axis, an angular position of the secondary work surface with respect to the primary work surface is kept substantially constant.
