Patents Assigned to Behavior Tech Computer Corporation
  • Patent number: 5772008
Abstract: The present invention relates to a keyboard switch which comprises first and second elements alternately engaged with each other and supporting a keycap at the top ends of the elements. The inner edges of the first and second elements are each respectively provided with a corresponding pressing board. The external edges of the first and second elements are provided with a corresponding protruded shaft and a slot to enable restricted movement. When the keycap is pressed at any position, due to the restricted movement, the keycap will move downwardly with a well balanced and stable motion along a shortest distance path to trigger the electrical contact assembly located below when the keycap; when the keycap is released, it will be restored to its original position as a result of a force exerted by an elastic rubber pad mounted within a keyseat.

  • Patent number: 5732928
Abstract: A computer keyboard stand includes a base and a support. The base is coupled to a bottom of a computer keyboard by a screw. The base has two side walls each having a plurality of apertures laterally defined in a greater portion of its length from a first end of an inner face thereof and a bore defined adjacent to a second end of the inner face. The support includes a first wing and a second wing hinged to the first wing. The first wing has a pair of arms laterally extending out from opposite sides of a free end thereof to pivotally extend into the bores of the base. The second wing has a pair of limbs laterally protruding out from a free end thereof to retainably engage with one pair of the plurality of apertures. The computer keyboard stand provide an incremental, multi-level angle adjusting function to the computer keyboard.

  • Patent number: 5732199
Abstract: A control device for controlling the switching operation between a scanner having built-in printer port to which a printer is connected and the printer is disclosed. The control device has a computer connector for connection with the parallel port of the computer to receive control bus signals, status bus signals and data bus signals therefrom. The control bus and status bus signals are applied to the printer and the scanner through latches and tri-state buffers which are controlled respectively by the scanner and the printer. The two control units receive the data bus signals from the computer and perform decoding operation on the data received to enable/disable the latches and tri-state buffers so as to activate/de-activate the printer and scanner.

  • Patent number: 5732064
Abstract: An optic disk drive includes an outer casing inside of which an inner casing is received to define two side channels between side walls of the outer casing and opposite sides of the inner casing. A disk holding arm is pivoted to and extends above the inner casing to define a spacing therebetween for receiving therein a disk tray which supports an optic disk thereon. The disk tray has two side flanges, each having a step-like configuration, slidably receivable within the side channels between a retracted position and an ejected position. The vibration absorbing device includes a C-shaped resilient member fixed to each of the side walls of the outer casing and having a contact segment extending into the side channel to contact and form a resilient engagement with the step of the disk tray when the disk tray is at the retracted position.

  • Patent number: 5732063
Abstract: An optic disk drive includes a casing, the inside of which a driving unit is arranged. The driving unit includes a motor for rotating a disk driving wheel mounted therein. A disk holding arm is pivoted to the casing and extends above the casing to define a spacing therebetween for removably receiving a disk tray supporting an optic disk thereon to position the optic disk between a disk holding wheel rotatably provided on the disk holding arm and the disk driving wheel. The disk holding wheel holds the optic disk against the disk driving wheel to allow the optic disk to be driven by the motor. A vibration absorbing device includes a plate-like body having a front extension provided on a front edge of the body and two rear extensions provided on an opposite rear edge of the body.

  • Patent number: 5717957
Abstract: The present invention relates to a switch for computer peripheral devices, which is connected between the printer port of personal computer and a printer or a scanner. That is to say the personal computer transmits instruction signals to the switch for computer peripheral devices through the printer port according to the requirement of usage and signal linkage of the peripheral devices such as a printer and a scanner. The switch of the computer peripheral devices order the printer port to connect and communicate with the printer, scanner and other computer peripheral devices for the data input and output transmission, so that when the printer and the scanner are in operation, the computer form a information linkage and transmission structure according to the control of the instruction signal.
