Abstract: A method for expanding functions of a conference system includes providing a first circuit board and a second circuit board disposed in the receiver, receiving a first wireless packet transmitted from the first transmitter merely through a second communication module of the second circuit board, controlling the second communication module for performing an unpacking process of the first wireless packet by a second processor of the second circuit board to generate first compressed media data, generating a first command signal by the second processor of the second circuit board for controlling a first processor of the first circuit board to receive the first compressed media data through a data channel, and decompressing the first compressed media data by the first processor for acquiring first media contents of the first transmitter.

Abstract: A mode switching method is applied to a display apparatus with a first scenario mode and a second scenario mode. The first scenario mode provides a first shortcut menu, and the second scenario mode provides a second shortcut menu different from the first shortcut menu. The mode switching method includes receiving a first signal source of a first external device, analyzing the first signal source to determine the first external device is matched with the first scenario mode or the second scenario mode, and displaying the first shortcut menu on a display interface of the display apparatus and hiding the second shortcut menu when the first external device is matched with the first scenario mode.

Abstract: An electronic billboard and a controlling method thereof are disclosed, wherein the electronic billboard includes plural displaying areas, a user interaction tracker and a data flow manager. Each one of the display areas correspondingly form a telecommunication connection with one of plural video delivery devices, and respectively displays the image data provided by the video delivery devices. The user interaction tracker is used to calculate the interaction indexes between at least one user and each one of the display area. The data flow manager regulates the flows of the image data respectively delivered to the display areas according to the interactive indexes.

Abstract: A data sharing method includes providing a receiver and at least one transmitter, changing a first hardware registration identification code of the at least one transmitter to a second hardware registration identification code of a virtual camera device corresponding to at least one communication software program by the receiver, and using the virtual camera device for converting at least one image data signal transmitted from the at least one transmitter to video stream data supported by the at least one communication software program after the receiver receives the at least one image data signal.

The transmitter input interface receives a second video data from a first video source. The transmitter video circuit combines the first video data and the second video data as a combined video data. The first wireless transmission module transmits the combined video data to the receiver device. The receiver device, coupled to the display device, includes a second wireless transmission module, which receives the combined video data. The receiver device transmits the combined video data to the display device.

Abstract: A touch display screen includes a display panel, a touch-sensing part, a biosensor and a controller. The touch-sensing part is disposed on a light emitting side of the display panel and has a touch-sensing surface. The touch-sensing part includes a light-emitting device and a light receiver. The light-emitting device is used to provide at least one positioning light and at least one high-energy light. The light receiver is used to detect a change of the positioning light on the touch-sensing surface in response to a touch action and determine the position on which the touch action occurs on the touch-sensing surface. The biosensor is used to determine whether a living body getting close to the touch-sensing surface. The controller is used to drive the light-emitting device to selectively provide the positioning light and/or the high-energy light to the touch-sensing surface according to the determinations of the biosensor.

Firstly, the original image is divided into a plurality of image areas by a plurality of mutually intersecting virtual lines, wherein the image areas include a plurality of edge areas, each being defined by at least one original image edge of the original image and at least two of the virtual lines. Then, the coordinate of at least one intersection of at least one of the virtual lines and the original image edge are changed to obtain a deformed image edge. Subsequently, at least one original pixel located in one of the edge regions in the original image is repositioned according to the at least two of the virtual lines and the deformed image edge.

The body includes a slot and a first fixing base. The connection cable includes a plug and a second fixing base. The plug matches the slot, and the second fixing base and the first fixing base are opposite to each other in a vertical manner. The at least one fixing member is inserted into the first fixing base and the second fixing base to fix the plug in the slot. The present invention increases the coupling stability between the body and the connection cable, stabilizes signal transmission, reduces maintenance cost, and provides an integrated appearance.

The image calibration method includes in an ambient light environment, the color detector taking a background luminance and an ambient measurement of a test image on a projection surface, and the processor generating a color appearance representation using the background luminance and the ambient measurement, in a darkroom environment, the color detector taking a darkroom measurement of a test image, and if a surround ratio is less than a predetermined threshold, the processor generating a target using the darkroom measurement and the color appearance representation, and the processor configuring a gamut of the projection device according to the target, and adjusting an image according to the gamut and the darkroom measurement, and the projection device projecting the adjusted image.

Abstract: After a data link between a communication device and a transmitter is established, the transmitter is controlled for determining whether the data link between the transmitter and the communication device is to be disabled when the transmitter is prepared to transmit a first signal to the communication device, or the receiver is prepared to transmit a second signal to the communication device through the transmitter.
