Abstract: A structural fixture assembly arrangement including a through-passage defining frame member and at least one cooperative slotted standard body member engaging therewith and including a foot rest arrangement extending therefrom to provide an erected position for the structural assembly.
Abstract: A structural assembly for fastening together and disengaging a slotted supporting unit and a supported unit having adjustable gripping means mounted thereon cooperable with the slotted supporting unit to apply compressive forces to the supporting unit and resulting tensile forces to the supported unit in order to maintain the fastened together units in facing planer relationship.
Abstract: A mounting system which comprises a mounting panel and mounting assembly secured thereto utilizes mounting panels having slots of a particular configuration. The slots have a flat rear wall, an arcuate shaped front wall which is bisected to form an entrance means to the exterior surface. A mounting assembly has an arcuate based clamping member complementary to the arcuate configuration of the front wall of the pocket portion of said slot. This arcuate shaped clamping member has a threaded hole in the center portion of said clamping member for provision of a threaded stud which is fitted into said threaded hole through the entrance means and which engages with the rear wall of the pocket. Turning of the threaded stud selectively moves the clamping member in and out of engagement with the front wall of said pocket. This then allows for provision of large diameter studs utilized as a mounting member for lighting fixtures throughout the industry or for smaller threaded members for other uses.
