Abstract: A sign for displaying advertising includes a freestanding frame comprising a first side having a first planar surface, a first plate secured to the first side of the freestanding frame and over the first planar surface, and a first magnetic panel comprising a flexible material removably secured to the first plate using magnetic forces and having similar dimensions and a shape to the first planar front surface of the first side. In addition, the freestanding frame comprises a lower portion configured to support the sign in an upright orientation relative to a ground surface. A first protruding lip extends about a periphery of the first planar surface of the first side and around the first magnetic panel. The freestanding frame also includes a second side having a second planar surface, and the second side is hingedly secured along a top edge to the first side forming an A-frame sign.

Abstract: A golf tee box marker device includes a base having a planar front surface, a steel plate secured to the planar front surface and having a first polarity, and an advertising panel comprised of a flexible material and having a second polarity. The advertising panel is removably secured to the steel plate using magnetic forces. At least one support extends from a lower portion of the base and is threaded into a lower portion of the base and configured to be pushed into a ground surface using a sharpened edge until the lower portion of the base is substantially flush to the ground surface. The base may be at an angle relative to a longitudinal axis of the pair of supports causing the advertising panel to be tilted upwards.

Abstract: Furniture for displaying advertising includes a table having a planar surface, a steel plate secured to the planar surface and having a first polarity, and an advertising panel comprised of a flexible material and having a second polarity. The advertising panel is removably secured to the steel plate using magnetic forces. A protruding lip extends about a periphery of the planar surface and around the advertising panel so that a top surface of the advertising panel is flush with a top surface of the protruding lip. A vertical support has a first end secured to a lower portion of the planar surface and an opposing second end configured to be placed on a ground surface. The planar surface of the table is substantially perpendicular relative to a longitudinal axis of the vertical support causing the advertising panel to be horizontal to the ground surface.
