Abstract: A reduced pressure drying method and device for a substrate are presented. Firstly, a substrate is placed in a sealed space; then the surface to-be-dried of the substrate is partitioned into a predetermined number of sealed regions; thereafter, the sealed regions are subjected to pressure reduction through gas extraction; finally, the sealed regions are dried through gas insufflation, and then the substrate is taken out from the sealed space. The method can perform reduced pressure drying to various-sized substrates, ensuring uniform pressure and humidity and avoiding formation of reduced pressure drying speckles.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a transparent liquid crystal display panel and a transparent liquid crystal display. The transparent liquid crystal display panel includes a backlight module, a color filter substrate and a TFT array substrate which are cell-assembled. Liquid crystal is filled between the color filter substrate and the TFT array substrate. Each pixel unit of the color filter substrate includes a sub-pixel unit and a transparent pixel unit. A region on the TFT array substrate that corresponds to the transparent pixel unit is transparent. A region between the color filter substrate and the TFT array substrate that corresponds to the transparent pixel unit is provided with a transparent resin spacer. A region in the backlight module that corresponds to the transparent pixel unit is a transparent region.
Abstract: A manufacturing method for a low temperature polysilicon (LTPS) thin film transistor (TFT) array substrate, comprising: forming a polysilicon layer on a substrate; forming a gate insulating layer on the polysilicon layer; forming a gate metal layer on the gate insulating layer; and patterning the gate metal layer, the gate insulating layer and the polysilicon layer by using a half tone mask (HTM) or a gray tone mask (GTM) so as to obtain a gate electrode and a polysilicon semiconductor pattern in a single mask process, a central part of the polysilicon semiconductor pattern is covered by the gate electrode, and the polysilicon semiconductor pattern has two parts, which are not covered by the gate electrode at two sides of the gate electrode, for forming a source region and a drain region.
