Abstract: A system of coverings for a rear mounted spare tire having a central backup camera such as the Jeep® is provided. The coverings including a hard cover with either a hard rim mount or a sewn on soft rim mount. The soft rim mount can have locking loops for a hidden cable lock. A multi-tiered face is both decorative and designed to protect the camera with a rubber framed window and built in awning. A soft cover option provides a two piece camera shield that is mounted into. The center of the soft cover with screws or the like. The front hood of the camera shield has an awning for the camera that does not obfuscate the view of the camera. Optional ornaments or brake lights can also be mounted onto the camera shield. The camera shield can be used without a tire cover for protection and mounting the ornament or light.

Abstract: A holding device including a hub and a plurality of grappling assemblies attached thereto. Each grappling assembly includes a tension member and a hook connected to the tension member. The hook is adapted to engage an edge of the item. The hook includes a body portion and a pair of arms extending therefrom. The body portion includes a cavity with first and second open ends. The tension member extends into the first open end and a jaw fitting extends into the second open end, wherein the jaw fitting is operative to grasp the tension member. The tension member extends around a thimble that is attached to the hub. The thimble may comprise an arcuate channel extending around an aperture formed through the thimble. The thimble may be rotatably attached to the hub with a fastener extending through the hub and the aperture.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an article of manufacture having a reflective design thereon, as well as a method for manufacture thereof. The article of manufacture, such as a tire cover, comprises a substrate having a display surface, at least one adhesive material disposed on the display surface, and a first pigmented material arranged in a first design pattern and adhered to the display surface by the adhesive material, where the first pigmented material includes a plurality of glass particles operative to reflect light received from a light source. A second pigmented material, such as a reflective or non-reflective material of a different color, may be adhered to the display surface in a second design pattern. The present invention also provides a transfer pattern, and method for forming the same, that is for use in transferring a reflective design to a display surface.

Abstract: A vehicle rack system including a framework including a driver's side portion, a passenger's side portion and a front portion extending therebetween. The driver's side and the passenger's side portions being triangular in configuration and having a lower frame piece for mounting to a side bed of a vehicle and a downwardly sloping upper frame piece. The upper frame pieces of the driver's side portion and the passenger's side portion may diverge in a rearward direction from the front portion. The system includes a covering for providing a sheltered environment for the vehicle's cargo bed. The covering includes driver's side and passenger's side panels that are removably insertable into the side portions. The covering also includes a cover spanning between the driver's side portion and the passenger's side portion. It is contemplated that the driver's side portion may be constructed as a mirror image of the passenger's side portion.
