  • Patent number: 10020762
Abstract: A method operates a brushed commutator motor of an adjusting drive in a motor vehicle, particularly a window lifter, having a rotor and having a stator. An angular position of the rotor with respect to the stator is determined. The angular position is used to determine a ripple within the torque, which ripple can be expected on the basis of the commutation. The motor current is adapted such that the amplitude of the ripple that can be expected remains below a determined limit value.

  • Publication number: 20180044962
Abstract: It is provided a window lifter assembly, comprising an adapter integrally molded to a connecting portion of the window pane, which forms a supporting structure extending in particular in adjustment direction of the window pane and transversely thereto as well as the driver element, wherein an extension of the supporting structure along a transverse direction substantially transversely to the adjustment direction and substantially parallel to a pane plane defined by the window pane is at least twice as large as an extension of the driver element along the transverse direction.

  • Publication number: 20170357246
Abstract: The disclosure concerns a method for controlling a sliding door arrangement of a motor vehicle, wherein the sliding door arrangement comprises a sliding door, a drive arrangement for motorized displacement of the sliding door, a control arrangement and a sensor arrangement with at least one sensor element, in particular implemented as a proximity sensor, where-in during operator event monitoring by means of the control arrangement the sensor signals of the sensor arrangement are monitored as to whether a predetermined operator event exists. It is proposed that the sensor arrangement is disposed at least partly in or on the sliding door and that opening the sliding door at least from a closed end position and/or closing the sliding door at least from an open end position is/are carried out by means of the drive arrangement depending on the result of the operator event monitoring.

  • Publication number: 20170285209
Abstract: A device for contactless actuation of an adjustable vehicle part. The device has a capacitive proximity sensor having a first elongated sensor electrode and a second elongated sensor electrode, as well as a carrier component for fastening the proximity sensor. The carrier component has a curved mounting surface on which the sensor electrodes are placed in such a way that the horizontal distance between the two sensor electrodes over the length of the sensor electrodes is exactly or at least approximately constant, the vertical distance between the sensor electrodes varying over the length of the sensor electrodes.

  • Patent number: 9777527
Abstract: For the purpose of realizing an operationally reliable window lifter (opener) for a vehicle, there is provision to ascertain from an operating variable of a servomotor in each case a measure of a regulated position of the window pane in the course of a plurality of operating cycles of the window lifter in which a window pane of the vehicle is opened and closed again, in each case entirely or partly. In each operating cycle, or at least in selected operating cycles, the measure is normalized to a reference value if at the end of the respective operating cycle the window pane is driven by the servomotor for at least a predetermined blocked time beyond a blocked position. The blocked time is shortened if the normalization was not carried out for a predetermined number of consecutive operating cycles.

  • Publication number: 20170234671
Abstract: A capacitive distance sensor includes a sensor element having an electrically conductive, elongated, flat sensor area which in turn contains a number of holes. The sensor area is completely surrounded by an electrically non-conductive insulating body, with the result that the insulating body completely covers the edge regions of the holes. The sensor element is produced, in particular, by first of all making the holes in the sensor area. In a subsequent step, the sensor area is completely encased by the insulating body which also completely fills the holes in the sensor area.

  • Patent number: 9707929
Abstract: A sensor unit is provided that is not susceptible to errors for contactlessly actuating a vehicle door. The sensor unit includes a first proximity sensor and a second proximity sensor. Each of the two proximity sensors has an elongate detection field extending substantially in a Y direction. The detection fields of the two proximity sensors are spaced from one another in a direction perpendicular to the Y direction. In addition, the detection field of the first proximity sensor projects beyond the detection field of the second proximity sensor in the Y direction at least on one side by a projecting length.

  • Patent number: 9632510
Abstract: In order to be able to precisely approach a target position of a movable vehicle part by way of a motorized actuator using simple features, an actuating motor of the actuator is stopped by a predetermined advancing lead before the target position is reached. The advancing lead is varied here depending on the rotational speed of the motor or an actuating speed measurement variable correlated therewith and depending on a temperature measurement variable characteristic of the ambient temperature of the actuator.
