Patents Assigned to Buhler Bindler GmbH
  • Patent number: 8430236
Abstract: A chain transporter system has a plurality of adapter elements mounted on spaced apart chain links with a separate mounting part received in each adapter element. Each adapter element includes a groove-type recess having a pair of opposed walls, each of which has an undercut. Each mounting part is received in the recess of an adapter element with extensions matingly received in the undercuts of the adapter element.

  • Patent number: 8016103
    Abstract: The invention relates to a chain-transport system containing chain links (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, . . . ) which are strung together and adjacent chain links (10-20, 20-30, 30-40, 40-50, . . . ) being rotatably joined together about an axis of rotation (11, 21, 31, 41, 51) common to one of the two chain links and all of the axes of rotation (11, 21, 31, 41, 51, . . . ) in the chain-transport system running parallel to each other. At least some of the chain links (10, 50, 90, . . . ) are adapted (10-12, 50-52, 90-92, . . . ) in such a way that respectively one add-on component (13, 53, 93) can be attached thereto. According to the invention, attachment of the respective component (13, 53, 93, . . . ) to the respective adapted chain link (10-12, 50-52, 90-92, . . . ) occurs in the form of a positive fit connection between a connecting area (13a, 13b, 13c, . . . ) of the add-on component (13, . . . ) and a connecting area (12a, 12b, 12c, . . . ) of the adapted chain link (10-12, . . . ).

  • Patent number: 7980847
Abstract: The invention relates to a device and a method for producing a consumable shell-shaped article from a fatty material, in particular from the material containing cacao or a chocolate-type material by cold moulding with the aid of a honeycomb cell (2) and a coolable upper plunger (4) which can be lowered into the cell (2). According to said invention, the edge (2a) of the cell and/or the edge (4a) of the upper plunger is provided with a deformable sealing element (8, 10) which closes a moulding cavity (6) in a tight manner with respect to the outside when said element is pressed against the edge (4a) of the upper plunger or against the edge (2a) of the cell when the upper plunger (4) is lowered therein. When the upper plunger (4) is introduced into the fluid fatty material at an appropriate temperature in the honeycomb cell (2), a pressure fluid cushion (6a) is produced on the edge of the cell and/or on the edge of the upper plunger.
