Abstract: A lift truck comprises a chassis (1) movable on wheels (2) and a rotating platform (3) which supports an operating arm (4); stabilizing means are provided for resting on the ground and positioned at the front as well as at the back. The stabilizing means consist of two pairs of two telescopically extensible arms (5), each one comprising a first segment (6) and a second segment (7). The arms (5) have their ends hinged to opposite sides of the chassis (1), so as to swivel about parallel axes, and have the opposite free ends intended to lean against the ground by means of plates or stabilizing feet (8). The two arms (5) of each pair are arranged side by side at a short distance from each other on parallel planes and are individually bound to the chassis (1) by means of hydraulic cylinders (11).

  • Patent number: 9167739
Abstract: A quick connection that allows fastening a tool to the lifter arm of an operating machine and includes first and second joining devices associated respectively to the lifter arm and the tool aimed at being reciprocally engaged. The first joining device includes a swivel head that swivels between a raised position and a lowered one and a first gudgeon; the second joining device includes a shaped body that defines a calibrated inlet opening and support structure. The swivel head, in raised position, enters the shaped body through the opening, then it rotates to its lowered position, thus bringing the first gudgeon in engagement with the support structure. The shaped body includes a stop aimed at striking a winglet of the swivel head and at preventing the swivel head from going out in any succession of movements which are not inversely equal to those carried out for the introduction.

  • Publication number: 20140041962
Abstract: A self-moving operating machine with an axle having variable wheel gap, includes a chassis (1) to which a first axle (2) and a second axle (3) are bound respectively, and by which an operating arm (4) is supported, which is hinged with its base to the chassis (1) and carries a tool (5) at its free end. The first axle (2) and the second axle (3) are parallel to each other and provided with a pair of wheels (12) and with a pair of wheels (13) respectively. The first axle (2) has a length that varies upon command and includes at least two half-axles (2a, 2b) which are co-aligned and coupled to each other in axially sliding way. At least one of the half-axles (2a, 2b) is coupled in axially sliding way in a seat (10) made in a body (11) integral with the chassis (1) along a direction parallel to that of relative axial sliding between the two half-axles (2a, 2b).

  • Publication number: 20130328295
Abstract: Stabilizer device for an operating machine, having a chassis with a pair of stabilizer means associated to one of two opposite ends thereof. They include two stabilizer arms constrained to be symmetric with respect to a vertical middle plane and equipped with feet for resting on the ground. Each stabilizer arm includes a first, straight segment bound with one first end to the chassis and one second segment hinged to the second end of the first segment. The first and second segments are aimed at being mutually positioned in a retracted position (R) in which the encumbrance of said stabilizer arm remains within the operating machine maximum size limits, and an extended, in-operation position (L), in which the related resting foot is in contact with the ground. The axes of both first segments of said pair are included in the same plane, that is perpendicular to the middle plane.

  • Publication number: 20130256058
Abstract: An aerial work platform associated with a self-moving operating machine that includes: a fixed central body, rectangular in plan view, provided with two guard sides, located at its sides, and a central platform situated at the bottom; at least one extension module, hinged to said central body at one side, consisting of a three side structure that defines an articulated parallelogram on a horizontal plane, for assuming two configurations, a flattened rest configuration, in which said three sides are folded against said fixed central body, and an open working one, in which the same three sides are at an angle one to another to define a side body, aligned with said fixed central body. A side platform, positioned in the side body, is aligned with said central platform. Locking means for stabilizing said open work configuration of said extension module, are provided between the side platform and said sides.

  • Publication number: 20120321422
Abstract: A self-moving operating machine with an integrated lateral movement and leveling device, including a chassis having a front part and a rear part, to which a fore axle and a rear axle, both provided with wheels, are constrained, respectively, and including an operating arm having one of its ends constrained to the rear part. The front part and the rear part are articulated to each other by a spherical coupling including two linear actuators, consisting of hydraulic cylinders aimed at operating in mostly vertical directions. A third actuator is rod-wise connected to the front and rear parts, and is aimed at operating according to mostly horizontal directions. The actuators are operated independently. There are provided means designed to measure loads weighing on at least one of the two wheels and to control locking of the rear axle to the rear part upon reaching predetermined limits.

  • Publication number: 20120299279
Abstract: A first front pair and second rear pair of stabilizer devices associated to the frame of an operating machine, defining, in operative position, a resting base, equal in length to the longitudinal distance between the pairs and equal in width to the transversal distance between the resting feet of each of the latter. Each stabilizer device includes a first and an interconnected second module, one of which is provided with linear elongation means and the other with compass elongation means, the linear and compass elongation means being aimed at being operated in phase relation to define a retracted inactive position, in which the corresponding resting foot is raised from the ground, and a withdrawn operation position, in which said resting foot contacts the ground, at a predetermined distance from the longitudinal midline, such that in this resting base the width distance is at least near to that of the relative length.
