  • Patent number: 10850889
Abstract: A device for adapting the spacing between two board-type bearing elements for the vertical storage of barrels, comprising a number of supporting rods for insertion between the two bearing elements as well as structure for individually and infinitely variably adjusting the length of the supporting rods depending on the height of the barrels for locally varying the spacing between the two bearing elements. The structure for adjusting the length of each supporting rod comprise either two partial rods connected via a screw thread or a height-adjustment element, which is connected to one end of the supporting rod via a screw thread. Alternatively, the supporting rod can also be formed as a hydraulically or pneumatically length-adjustable telescopic rod.

  • Patent number: 10737834
Abstract: A composite pallet for the transport and long-term storage of barrels, comprising a base element made of plastic with a top side, an under side and support projections; a deck element made of plastic with a top side for storing the barrels; and a depositing area for holding a vertical barrel. The deck element has an under side and support projections resting on the base element support projections, and is supported against the base element; the deck element under side is at a distance from the base element top side. Support inserts made of a material with a creep modulus which is higher over a predefined period than a creep modulus of plastic, and the decrease in which is lower than that of plastic over the specified period, are locked into holders on the deck element under side and on the base element top side.

  • Patent number: 9440770
Abstract: A plastic pallet for receiving flexible bulk containers comprises at least one pair of tunnel-shaped receptacles for the fork tines of a forklift, with the tunnel-shaped receptacles connecting two opposite sides of the plastic pallet. Each tunnel-shaped receptacle has a tunnel bottom that is formed by bottom ribs spaced by bottom air gaps. Each tunnel-shaped receptacle also has a tunnel vault that is formed by vault ribs spaced by vault air gaps. In each of the tunnel-shaped receptacles, the bottom ribs and vault ribs are staggered and dimensioned in such a way that a bottom rib is arranged below a vault air gap and a vault rib is arranged above a bottom air gap.

  • Patent number: 8555787
Abstract: A shuttle pallet for a high rack storage facility has three longitudinal supports extending parallel to each other. Load bearing bridges orthogonally extend relative to the longitudinal supports. The longitudinal supports and the load bearing bridges are connected to one another in an articulated fashion. The longitudinal supports are made of a wear-resistant and bending-resistant semi-finished product and are form-fittingly and exchangeably connected to the load bearing bridges. The longitudinal supports have in cross-section an area with a circular ring-shaped cross-section. The load bearing bridges have legs. Snap-on-connectors with a circular segment-shaped cross-section are formed on the legs. The longitudinal supports are supported with the circular ring-shaped cross-section rotatably about an axis of rotation and exchangeably in the snap-on connectors, respectively. The axis of rotation extends in a direction of a longitudinal axis of the longitudinal supports.
