Abstract: A medical-monitoring diary device comprising a housing, a display supported by the housing, a wrist strap extending from the housing such that the diary can be worn on a user's wrist, a processor housed within the housing coupled to the display, and a memory coupled to the processor in which the diary comprises at least one slider and one input button coupled to the processor for receiving inputs from the user, for storage in the memory, and the processor controls the display for displaying messages to be viewed by the user.
