Abstract: The invention relates to a method of manufacturing freezing cylinders for ice cream making machines, with incorporated evaporator of the refrigerating circuit, characterized in that it comprises the steps of: forming a helical groove on the outer surface of the freezing cylinder; winding a flat strip of annealed mild steel along said groove in screw-thread fashion, and shrink-fitting a heated cylindrical steel liner on the crests of said thread.
Abstract: The machine includes an ice cream making machine, and a duct for feeding the produced ice cream to a tube communicating at its lower end with a mixing chamber. Injectors are provided opening into said tube in proximity of the mixing chamber for feeding one or more syrups to mixing chamber. A mixer is mounted in said mixing chamber, and the mixer is operated in order to mix the ice cream and the syrups which are delivered to the mixing chamber from the tube by a piston slidable into the tube. The syrup feeding injectors are located between the ice cream feeding duct and the mixing chamber, in an area of the tube which is separated from the ice cream feeding duct by at least one sealing element.
Abstract: Stirring device for machines for the manufacture of ice-cream, of the type with a whipping cylinder (1) with a horizontal axis, provided with a device for extraction of the ice-cream at one head side. The stirrer consists of two stirring blades (7) of helical shape which are arranged diametrically opposite one another and extend over the entire length of the whipping cylinder at a slight distance from the internal wall of same. The stirring blades (7) are supported on a hub (8) which is integral with the operating shaft (9), while there is provided between the two stirring blades (7) a plurality of scraping vanes (11) which are capable of interacting with the internal wall of the whipping cylinder.
Abstract: A combined machine for processing products for ice cream and confectionery comprising a processing cylinder associated to refrigeration means and heating means which can be operated alternately according to the phases of processing, as well as stirring means which are easily interchangeable so as to permit the processing for pasteurization of various liquid mixtures and for production of ice creams, grated-ice drinks and confectioner's creams in general. Advantageously the machine is provided with an electronic device for controlling and selecting the different processing cycles desired.
