Abstract: According to one embodiment, a method includes receiving a notification of a first communication number from a first prime provider of a first institution. The method also includes determining a first account associated with the first communication number. The method also includes determining whether the first account includes sufficient funding for a first communication session involving the first communication number. The method includes sending a first message to the first prime provider indicating that the first account comprises sufficient funding for the first communication session. Further, the method includes receiving a notification of a second communication number from the first prime provider of the first institution. The method also includes determining that the second communication number is associated with the first account. The method also includes sending a second message to the first prime provider indicating that a communication session to the second communication number may proceed.
