Abstract: A method for supporting verification of information pertaining to a target includes detecting an indication that a request transaction has been received by a smart contract deployed on a blockchain, the request transaction indicating a request to verify information pertaining to the target. The method also includes retrieving the request based on the request transaction. Further, the method includes: generating a reply transaction indicating at least (i) a reply to the request, and (ii) an address, on the blockchain, of an originator of the request; and providing the reply transaction to the smart contract.

Abstract: A method for securely verifying information pertaining to a target includes generating a request transaction indicating at least (i) a request to verify information pertaining to the target, and (ii) an address, on a blockchain, of a third party to which the request is directed. The method also includes providing the request transaction to a smart contract deployed on the blockchain. Further, the method includes detecting an indication that reply transaction corresponding to the request transaction has been received via the smart contract, and retrieving the reply transaction via the smart contract to determine whether the third party has verified the information.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for distributing content pursuant to audit-based processes. Audit content in runtime workpapers may be dynamically constructed in response to industry-driven and response-driven rules using information from one or more of the distributed content libraries. Dynamic updates may also be provided for generated runtime workpapers constructed from the distributed content. The system and method may also provide drilldown functionality for enabling a user to view a source workpaper for a specified data value which has flowed into the generated dynamic workpaper and/or tip functionality to provide a user with additional guidance based on the status and data associated with the generated workpaper.

Each application retains its own login policies and can separately make a decision whether to trust the SSO request or challenge the user for login credentials. By structuring the SSO system to use simple identity mapping, there is no requirement for consolidating user identity records from multiple applications into a single database with its attendant overhead and dependency risks.

Abstract: A system for preparing an employee benefits form for, e.g., ERISA includes a server in support of a website, and a processor in communication with the server and a memory. The memory includes a program for automatically preparing a benefits form and/or plan via the internet. The program includes instructions to the processor for retrieving previously filed data from a public database, converting and storing into a database, searching the database for a desired portion of the data, and populating the entries of the form. The website connection also allows a remote user to periodically update the benefit data.

Abstract: A system and method includes a rule-based expert system that uses high-level rules for determining what graphical interface features should be displayed to a user. The rules can be written in a language such as PROLOG and used in an inference engine to drive the graphical user interface. The rules can be changed without recoding and testing of computer software, and without specialized computer software knowledge. Consequently, people other than programmers can customize and change a graphical user interface easily and without errors.
