Abstract: A system for the remote operation of a flush valve employs a foot-pedal that is connected by a cable to an integrated drive bar, which is in turn disposed to engage the plunger of a standard flush valve actuator. Force on the pedal causes the drive bar to depress the plunger, thereby extending its tail portion into operative contact with the actuating element with the automatic valve.
