Abstract: The container closure (1) consists of a spout (2) intended to be connected to a container and of a cap (3) that closes the spout. The latter is provided with two wings (6). From a sealing closed position, the cap (3) is movable by a twisting movement of less than 180 degrees to a released position in which it can be withdrawn from the spout (2). Stop means arranged on the spout (2) and on the cap (3) define the closed position. In addition, a locking member (11) may be provided in the cap (3) which only allows opening the latter after the rupture of a predetermined breaking point (18).
Abstract: The apparatus for producing bags comprises three processing areas (4-6), wherein two foil webs (1, 2) are lying on top of each other in the first processing area (4), are guided separately in a second processing area (5) and again lie on top of each other in a third processing area (6). In the second processing area (5) a spout, e.g. having the shape of a tube, is inserted between the foils and welded to both foils in the third processing area (6). In the first processing area the foils can e.g. be pre-formed or pre-cut. By separating the foil path into these three different processing areas, it becomes possible that the two adjacent foils are pre-processed in the first processing area while there is enough space for introduction of the spout in the second processing area.
Abstract: The bag includes at the area of a corner or a projection a pouring structure which is in part enclosed by a seam. The pouring structure includes a channel and a tube located in the channel in order to prevent a collapsing of the channel and to channel the discharging of the contents of the bag.
