  • Patent number: 12006525
Abstract: The application relates to the production of RNA of interest, more specifically of messenger RNA of interest or of long non-coding RNA of interest, by yeasts with recombinant pseudo-viral particles. The recombinant yeasts have been genetically modified in order to produce the RNA of interest in the form of a complex, particularly in the form of recombinant pseudo-viral particles. These recombinant pseudo-viral particles are produced from certain elements of yeast Ty retrotransposon, but do not retrotranscribe the RNA that they contain. Thus, the application relates to the components that are thus capable of being implemented or produced, and particularly to the nucleic acid constructs, kits, bacteria cells, yeast cells, culture or transfection media containing them, as well as to a method for producing a pharmaceutical composition, particularly for medical applications, more specifically for vaccines, anti-tumour and pro-regenerative applications.

  • Patent number: 12003071
Abstract: A method for generating ultrashort pulses includes directing a master beam having ultrashort pulses and at least one slave beam through an optical gate material. The intensity of the slave beam upstream of the optical gate material is lower than that of the master beam upstream of the optical gate material. The optical gate material and the pulses of the master beam are chosen to induce a Kerr effect when the master beam passes through the optical gate material, the Kerr effect producing a modulation of the phase of the slave beam in association with pulses of the master beam when the slave beam passes through the optical gate material. The modulation of the phase of the slave beam is transformed into a modulation of the amplitude thereof using a complementary optical device to generate a slave beam downstream of the optical gate material having ultrashort pulses.

  • Publication number: 20240178869
Abstract: A reception element receives an analog signal. The received analog signal is converted by a reception chain into a digital signal. Based on the digital signal and a first filtering operation, a correction chain generates a correction digital signal reconstituting dynamic nonlinearities generated by the reception chain. A corrected signal from which the reconstituted dynamic nonlinearities have been removed is then generated by subtracting the correction digital signal from the digital signal.
