Abstract: A pillow structure includes a pillow, a buffering layer mounted in the pillow, a base plate mounted on a bottom of the buffering layer and received in the pillow, and elastic cushions mounted on the base plate and drawn by adjusting devices. The elastic cushions are mounted on the bottom face of the base plate to support and adjust the height of the pillow, such that the pillow has an optimum height to provide a comfortable sensation to a user when sleeping at a supine position and sleeping sideways. The elastic cushions are also mounted on the top face of the base plate to push the buffering layer of the pillow so as to support the user's head and neck.

Abstract: A pad structure for a chair back contains a pad, an adjusting member disposed on a back side of the pad, and a rail plate connected with the adjusting member. The pad is capable of being adjusted frontward and backward. The adjusting member includes a positioning panel to axially connect with a toothed edge of each of two toothed arms. Another end of one toothed arm is secured on a face of the rail plate by using a first connector, and another end of another toothed arm is coupled with a slideable deck by a second connector to form a multi-section engaging design. Thereby, the two toothed arms slide along the slideable plate to change a relative angle between the two toothed arms.

Abstract: A pillow structure substantially has a bottom board 1 mounted at a bottom inside a pillow body 10 and at least one resilient pad 2 controlled by an adjuster 4 mounted on the bottom board 1. By having the resilient pad 2 to support a buffering layer 3 for neck leaning, curved degrees of the pillow body 10 are adjusted corresponding to different users.

Abstract: A padding structure for a chair includes a back support, a seat plate, a foam disposed on the back support, two guiding lines mounted on the back support, and two guiding lines mounted on the seat plate. Each guiding line of the back support and the seat plate is connected with a resilient member to control flexibility of the resilient member. An adjustable member is used to control the expansion and retraction of the guiding lines to drive the resilient members to change their radii of curvature, correcting the user's improper posture.

Abstract: An adjustment device with a dual-guiding structure has two worm wheels respectively meshed with two coaxial worm gears. The two worm gears are pivotally and longitudinally fixed by a driving shaft in line. An adjacent end of each worm gear has a locking recess to receive a locking head mounted on the driving shaft. Thereby, the locking head is selectively engaged with the locking recess of one of the worm gears to drive the corresponding worm gear when the locking head on the driving shaft is reciprocated. Then, one worm wheel engaged with the corresponding worm gear is rotated to rewind or release the wires on the work wheel.
