Abstract: A brushless motor includes a rotor, a plurality of sets of stator windings, a position detection assembly, a MOSFET assembly, an inductance detection module and a main control module that controls them. The position detection assembly has a plurality of detection elements for detecting a position of the rotor and a position detection module for receiving signals fed back from the detection elements with the position detection module being electrically connected to the main control module and feeding back the positional information of the rotor thereto. The main control module alternatively switches between the position detection assembly and the inductance detection module to detect the position of the rotor.
Abstract: An impact screwdriver includes a housing, a battery arranged in the housing, an electric motor arranged inside the housing, a transmission part driven by the electric motor and an impacting part, the impacting part including a hammer, an anvil matched to and hammered by the hammer, and an output shaft revolved by the anvil, wherein the rated voltage of the battery is less than or equal to 4.25V, the impact frequency of the hammer and the anvil is at least 30 Hz, and the ratio of the output torque (Nm) of the output shaft to the rated voltage of the battery is 1.8˜4.5.
Abstract: A charging assembly and a charging control method are provided for charging a battery pack according to an actual voltage of the battery in the battery pack. The charging assembly includes a battery pack having a battery with a rated charging current, a charger having a charging module for outputting an output voltage and an output current, and a charging circuit between the charging module and the battery. A method of operation includes: detecting the output current and the output voltage; calculating an actual voltage value on the battery; and determining whether to decrease or keep the output current or increase the output current of the charging module.
Abstract: A lithium battery pack according to the present invention has inherent information stored therein, which comprises a plurality of cells, nominal voltage, maximal voltage of the cells, range of temperature etc. A charging parameter is determined by a charging controller based on an identified data of the cells and the inherent information, and is transmitted to an adapter. A controlled module in the adapter receives the charging parameter through a control terminal and adjusts an AC/DC circuit to output a current with accurate charging voltage to the battery pack.
