    Abstract: A spray gun head comprises a flow distribution mechanism having an annular shield member disposed around a nozzle thereof and a plurality of apertures around the flow distribution mechanism; a cap comprising a central orifice and two pairs of holes at two opposite sides thereof, such that a mouth of the nozzle is adapted to dispose in the orifice when the cap is put on the flow distribution mechanism; and a ring threadedly secured onto the flow distribution mechanism for closing a pass between the rear of the cap and the flow distribution mechanism. By utilizing this spray gun head, both air flow and air pressure leaving the flow distribution mechanism are made uniform for obtaining an excellent spray on balance and atomization.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein is an automatic cleaning apparatus for paint sprayer gun comprising a solvent cleaning tank, cleaning tank, and a check valve. The solvent cleaning tank has a pressurized air inlet, the cleaning tank has a plurality of vertically erected first tubes equipped with at least one nozzle for each tube, a second tube is connected with each first tube to communicate all first tubes one another, and a third tube is used to communicate the air inlet and the solvent cleaning tank and cause the solvent to be ejected from the nozzles. The check valve is for collecting the solvent in the bottom of the solvent tank. With this structure, the cleaning apparatus of the present invention uses compressed air as its power source so as to eliminate hazardous electrostatic induction owing to mechanical friction caused by rotation of apparatus components during the cleaning operation.

    Abstract: An improved spray paint gun, comprises a regulating port in the intersection between the inlet channel, main spray channel and side spray channel. The regulating port is provided with a regulating ring and the regulating is being provided with first, second and third apertures in the position corresponding to each of the inlet channel, the main opening and the side opening respectively. A regulating element is screwed onto the regulating port by a connecting element disposed at the regulating element. The connecting element is provided with a movable regulating rod which may insert into the regulating port. When the regulating rod moves downward to close the side spray channel completely, the thickness of the regulating port can be increased by the provision of the regulating ring to regulate the air stream pressure flows therethrough. Accordingly, the air stream pressure inside the main spray channel can meet the requirements of HVLP (high volume low pressure).

    Abstract: An improved flow regulating mechanism for paint spray guns includes a spray gun body, a flow regulating mechanism and a nozzle. The flow regulating mechanism is disposed in a secondary air duct of the spray gun body and comprises a regulating rod, a regulating knob, a fixed regulating ring and a movable regulating ring. The regulating rings are each provided with a central through hole and a plurality of spaced apart air vents running parallel to the through hole. The regulating rod is screwably disposed in the secondary air duct by the regulating knob. The movable regulating ring and the fixed regulating ring are disposed in the secondary air duct in sequence such that an air chamber is defined between the regulating rings. The size of the air chamber can be adjusted by the regulating rod. High-pressure air flowing via the secondary air duct of the spray gun body may be reduced in pressure and regulated to prevent sputtering of paint due to excessively high pressure.
