    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a novel sugar- and phosphorus-containing fertilizer. In the present disclosure, based on masses of carbon and phosphorus elements, the novel sugar- and phosphorus-containing fertilizer has a carbon-phosphorus ratio of (1-15):1, and includes a low-carbon type with a carbon-phosphorus ratio of (1-4):1 and a high-carbon type with a carbon-phosphorus ratio of (4-15):1; and a carbon source is any one or more selected from the group consisting of glucose, sucrose, sugarcane molasses, and beet molasses. The novel sugar- and phosphorus-containing fertilizer is applied to the soil by drip irrigation or furrow dressing, and improves a phosphorus utilization efficiency of crops by regulating an activity of inherent phosphorus-solubilizing microorganisms in the soil.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure belongs to the technical field of animal feed and provides a method for rapidly evaluating metabolizable energy of goose diet by using a technique of simulative digestion gross energy. By using the technical means combining the biological method and the simulative digestion gross energy technique, metabolizable energy of goose feed can be evaluated quickly. Based on the “stomach-small intestine” two-step enzymatic methods, it is the first time to establish a regression equation between the metabolizable energy change and fiber level in the cecum to rectify the value of simulative digestion gross energy in the cecal microbial digestion phase, making the simulative digestion gross energy technique more reasonable in the assessment of metabolizable energy in geese. Results show that the use of simulative digestion gross energy technique to assess the metabolizable energy of goose feed value is highly feasible.

In the present disclosure, genetic variation of tva receptor gene in Chinese chicken breeds is analyzed, and it is found that the DNA sequence of tva receptor gene in the Chinese chicken breeds has base deletion at positions 318-323 or at positions 602-607. Moreover, a method for breeding of the chicken breeds resistance to ALV-A and ALV-K has been established.

    Abstract: An alcohol soluble protein gas-liquid interface self-assembled porous membrane and a preparation method thereof are provided. The structure (size, pore diameter, micro porosity) of the alcohol soluble protein interface self-assembled porous membrane is precisely regulated and controlled by regulating and controlling process parameters, and a new preparation solution of an alcohol soluble protein base membrane, which is more efficient and has a modifiable structure compared with an alcohol soluble protein membrane prepared by a traditional solvent evaporation method, is developed.

    Abstract: Provided is a method for upgrading pyrolysis oil through seawater electrochemical pretreatment of biomass and use thereof. The method includes: (1) crushing and sieving a biomass raw material to obtain a crushed biomass raw material, adding the crushed biomass raw material to a salt solution and mixing to be uniform to obtain a reactant mixture; performing an electrolytic reaction on the reactant mixture under conditions of stirring and an external voltage of 5-15 V for 2-8 hours to obtain a product mixture; after the electrolytic reaction, subjecting the product mixture to a suction filtration, collecting a filter cake, washing the filter cake and drying to obtain a pretreated biomass, and (2) subjecting the pretreated biomass obtained in step (1) to a pyrolysis reaction at a temperature of 400-600° C. for 30-90 minutes in a protective gas atmosphere, and collecting a pyrolysis oil by an organic solvent.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for producing biogas from a waste liquid/residue after diosgenin extraction by aluminum chloride. Specifically, in a fermentation vessel, an anaerobic sludge and a waste residue from diosgenin extraction by aluminum chloride are added at a volatile solids ratio of (1-3):(1-2), or a seeding sludge and a diosgenin waste liquid are added with an organic loading having a VS:COD ratio of (1-2):(1-2); and then the above components are fermented at 35-37° C. for 5-25 d such that biogas is produced. According to the method of the present invention, the maximum cumulative biogas production rates are 255.4 mL/g VS for waste residue and 326.9 mL/g COD for waste liquid, and throughout the fermentation period, ammoniacal nitrogen values are below 1500 mg/L and pH variation is within the normal range, and the COD removal rate for the fermentation broth is 91.11%.

    Abstract: A use of a ZmSBP12 gene in the regulation of drought resistance, plant height, and ear height of Zea mays L. is provided. After the ZmSBP12 gene is over-expressed in Zea mays L., the resulting Zea mays L. mutant plant exhibits increased drought resistance and decreased plant and ear heights. The overexpression of the ZmSBP12 gene leads to increased drought resistance and decreased plant and ear heights, indicating that the ZmSBP12 gene plays a crucial role in the drought resistance and plant type (plant height) of Zea mays L.
